Random question, did anyone in the UK pre order this from kapow toys and if so did they get their order? Just wondered as I've had the continuum one pre ordered with them for a year or so and I've not been asked to pay the balance yet and know it's starting to get issued to stores in china now etc

 

Well its just barely starting to come out now & Kapow most likely doesn't have it yet, like most third party stuff, china stores get it first before its distributed to the rest of the world. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong about distribution.

 

Seems like my g1 version just shipped from showz. Cant wait for it!

 

I've had the IDW for a few weeks now and never said anything! I like this guy a lot, he is a good size, has nice heft, looks fantastic in both modes, and is great to handle. Might be a top figure of the year for me! I do have a few issues though, mostly minor. I think his hands are way too freaking big, especially compared to his head. It doesn't really bug me but I do notice them a good bit. Then certain aspects of his transformation are a bit annoying, like folding the alt mode head in/out.

Overall he is great and almost makes me want to get the G1 version just because the base mold is so good, not to mention that it looks great! But I don't think it is different enough detail-wise to make me go for it since so much of it is still the IDW version.

Was MMC able to help you out? I just did the same thing to mine that you did. I usually watch videos for transformations, but the one time I go with the printed instructions I make a huge mistake...

Personally I'd argue Cacus is Chug scale. I can take a pic when I get home
