What I want to know is why they put that ridge around his mouth in robot mode. That's what really ruins the face for me, it makes him feel too much like a different character. Especially since Megs is, like, the one character whose face was always consistent (aside from when he went body hopping in season 2 of BM, but then he got his old face back in his Optimal form).

 

Oh dang, really? Hmmm...well, that spot was my only gripe about his alt mode. Thanks for the info! If that's the case I'd probably get this guy and keep him in alt mode if I could find a good sale/coupon.

 

I just saw the PvP video and goddang, didn't expect the transformation to be that clean. Especially love the way the fake chest float over, and the way the dragon arms stored in the bot mode chest.

I like what I'm seeing, I really do. I think this is an awesome figure, but - I already have the OG. Which is inferior to this one for me, no questions asked. But I have it. So - Cryotek repaint pls?  

That one I could really use in my collection, I have a few of the BW Neo dinosaur Predacons but no Magmatron - I think Cryotek would be a great "Emperor of Destruction"-substitute to those guys.

So I’m gonna wait, even if it means I might miss out on this mold.

It's probably a single sculpted piece with the rest of the head, or at least the front half.

 

I hope it's separate to be taken out and replaced by 3rd Party or painted.

 

I doubt it, it's probably all attached to the front half of the head like all the TF toys are. 3P companies are for sure gonna have to create a whole nead head, regardless of if the head is held together by a screw or if it's glued together.
