I’m liking the artwork in these core boxes a lot

 

Those slots are where the legs peg in for alt mode.

 

I’ve never been a big fan of Pretenders but man, these core class ones are pretty cool. I’m hoping they do more in this size class.

 

For some reason at my local Walmarts they were literally falling of the pegs. I was confident they'd go on clearance, so I waited. Sure enough.

 

Why is Bombburst carrying a hammer tacker?

 

It's a good thing I already have Soundwave, I might get Soundblaster if he ever gets released.

 

I figured, but they could have so easily just put those slots and tabs in a way that was more aesthetically fitting the sculpt.

 

That Blood looks amazing. Way better than the Skullgrin/Dauros. They actually went all in and nailed it here

I think using the pretender shell as the robot mode is the clear way to go with Pretenders. The inner robots are honestly just so fucking boring I cannot fathom why I'd want any of those designs.

In my area, Ravage is the one that is clogging shelves. I thought it would\'ve been Shockwave or Megatron.  Strange Soudwave is clogging shelves in some places. I saw Soundwave only 3 times and that last time I picked him up. Hopefully they restock Skywarp & Hotrod in my area again. Saw them only twice. I agree with a person here. They should\'ve made Iguanus as a deluxe instead of Skullgrin.
