No, that's the agreement between Hasbro and Walmart limiting Pulse's availability. They delivered on their POs. Jury is still out on Walmart....

But sure, skip out on Premium. Don't complain to us when you miss out again.

 

Pulse didn't fail. It's Walmart here. I fail to see how Pulse...failed. They offered up product, not enough product you could say, but that was apparently part of the contract with the exclusives. Cosmos just wasn't made with the same numbers as everyone else it seems.

Pulse has shipped out everything I've ordered. GI Joe, Transformers, Star Wars. There hasn't been a single thing I ordered that Pulse shorted me on. If anything while you could argue that Pulse getting things on the slower side sucks, they are consistently the best at actually GETTING things as opposed to Walmart or Target.

 

Yup. Pulse is slow to deliver, but they deliver. All of these places with release dates that come "sooner" don't mean a thing if they don't ever actually deliver.
