Which is a bad move. You don't advertise a Beast Wars film and shortchange the Predacons, that's kind of missing the point.

To say nothing about the Decepticons not exactly being any more present instead of the Terrorcons who beyond potentially being generic Heralds of Unicron, don't appear to actually BE any different from Decepticons.

Spoiler: Everybody's favorite rumor

One of the earliest rumors, which has yet to be disproven no matter how some keep acting like it's fake at face value because they forget the idiots in charge of this production, is that the Terrorcons are actually Bayverse Autobots corrupted by Unicron and sent into alternate dimensions. Scourge is, reportedly, Bayverse Optimus Prime. Which makes some sense - after all, Scourge has a bunch of faction symbols glued on him. He took the faces of his kills. Know anybody else who very loudly proclaimed this was what he wanted?

 

I mean wasn't the one about Bumblebee dying fake as well? Cuz I literally cannot see that happening

 

Oh, that actually just got confirmed with a toy listing because of what happens after he dies.

According to @SilverOptimus, three shipping containers full of nothing but 'Beast Bumblebee' figures just landed in a Californian shipping port.

 

I have a theory that's kind of crazy hear me out he somehow gets revived but as Beast bumblebee but he doesn't turn into an animal but he's just lost his mind sort of and that's why he gets the off-road upgrade and then drives back in the battle

 

It's not too far fetched to see the Terrorcons being related to Unicron. After all, their faction symbol looks just like him and it's orange.

I'm thinking this "Beast Bumblebee" will likely be similar to Power Charge Bumblebee. It'll probably be normal Camaro bee and he gets some kind of beast battle mask/ armor.

it was stated abck in June 2021 that the re indeed Predacons in the movie and they will be more reptilian
and Decepticons were mentioned as well but that's about them (pretty sure they will be just mentioned from time to time and then they show up in the end credits scene

So Predacons will be in the movie, we just don't know much about them other then what I said

 

If I remember right some sources said that the Terrorcons are said to be the ones that are reptillian so who knows who'll have that traits? I mean sure it's possible that the Predacons in the rebooted movieverse will have traits of the Prime versions as well as the original BW era but all the same until more news show up especially major ones I'm going to wait until it's confirmed or not. Speaking of news I wasn't expecting a lot anyway so I'm not bummed out.

 

Wasn't there a rumor at some point Scourge had both his alt and a dragon mode?

That said, if the Terrorcons have animalistic traits, that'd be a great reference to the Decepticons from RiD2015.

 

I think so. It'd be one heck of a way to homage all three villains carrying the name Scourge. Wouldn't also be a bad thing for the other Terrorcons to have a similar thing going on especially when going up against the Maximals in ROTB.
