Which is fine, but then the result is more transparent plastic.

...or even more expensive figures so those windows are molded apart from the rest of the alt.

 

never liked transparent windows on any transformer unless there is an actual interior or cool decals. so much for robots in disguise

 

Weren't there some that took it a step further and simply didn't *have* windows of any sort and just had empty gaps?

 

That's rumor mill stuff - my Cosmos is fine and so is every one I've seen photos of.

 

cant remember any examples off the top of my head but would not be surprised. would take that any day over the legs of any datsun

 

Off the top of my head, G1 Jazz comes to mind. But he's the only one I thought of as I was writing about it. Could be he was an exception.

 

Yeah, all I've seen are a couple of reports of some shoulder looseness, not cracking.

 

I can personally vouch for the shoulders being a little loose, but flat out cracking and breaking I'm not sure how that would even come about.

I didn't think they would regress any worse than the battle masters for the target masters. This makes me glad that I got Takara Legends Peacemaker

 

damn, blanker doesnt have bicep swivels and has under 90 degrees of elbow movement...ah well, still looks cool  and i really love the simplified target master  

 

Hope it isn't too hard for someone to design him some bicep swivels

 

The really down of this Target master is his target master, really cheep and no articulations, so sad about

Ya know, it’s funny how we’ve gotten a little spoiled with articulation in the last few years. I’ve spent at least a few posts lamenting Pointblank’s lack of bicep articulation… and today I was fiddling with the old Universe Cyclonus (a figure I’ve always professed to like) and realized he has the exact same kind of arms! No bicep swivel, just a lengthwise elbow swivel! Literally never noticed it or was bothered by it before. But I guess the standards are higher now (which is a good thing).
