Only sort of downers are that we are not getting more than three Dinobots, and combiners might not happen after getting hopes up for them.

Still more Soundwave goodness, more Decepticons, and enough hints to say yes to Waspinator. Ha ha, maybe he will look like live action Starscream.

Thanks for the update to give us some little hints at what sounds like plenty more Animated goodness for several more seasons and the good news of the DVDs coming in even better quality than on the tube.

Agreed, I'd fully support a separate Galvatron faction. They should make Scourge since he basically is a pirate. Give him a hook too :D

That is some very interesting information. I hope they don't have Galvatron.

    No Unicron=YES.

    Possible Sky-Byte=YES

give hims Scourge, skybite, waspinator, shockwave lol and like one other maybe thundercracker? lol

they can be still decepticons, just a different faction :)

heck, give galvatron and army of minicons too? lol

one more thought is, later, then have like gigatron, and have him, sort'a based off, like overlord or something.

While both an Animated Musical(IT has double the meaning!) and an animated Sky-byte would rock. I wouldn't get my hopes up for it. Just by the way people are wording that line.

Ha, and by "partially" they mean "entirely". :)  I knew it wasn't just a coincidence.

Well, we already knew about Waspy from SDCC 2007 and why he won't be voiced by McNeill (and those who don't just search on YouTube for 'David Kaye SDCC'), so I'm more interested in the fact we're getting either Swindle or Ratbat, or both. That oughta be a lot of fun! :D  Doesn't really matter to me if Galvy is one of the three, or just a red herring, I'm sure they'll make it interesting.

If Galvatron makes it, David Kaye needs to voice him. 'Nuff said.

Waspinator better make it. Prowl slices him up with those blades of his, and here it comes: "Biker-bot tear Wazz-binatoor a new wazte dizzpozal unit..."

Well, Oil Slick shows yet again that not all the toys are gonna make it. Heck, there were more than 5 G1 Dinobots, weren't there, or were they KOs?

You know... we already know that Waspy and Swindle are getting toys (we've seen their numbers from a store computer). So, I'd say they're both going to be in the series (most likely). So, either Ratbat or Galvatron... I'd rather have Ratbat thanks...

Hmmm, interesting information. Here are some questions I think people may have forgotten to ask:

-Will Sentinel meet BA? The reaction?
-When will Shockwave come into it?
-Same question, but replace 'Shockwave' with 'Ironhide'
    -Who is the traitor?
    -Will Wreck-Gar return?
    -What's Blurr like?
-Will Snarl + Swoop ever talk?
-What about those toy listings for Skywarp, Swindle, Blurr, Wreck-Gar and Waspy?

There had better be another panel where these questions can be asked.

Im ok with Galvatron I just hope hes more like IDW from the future or from a different uiverse. BUT NOT MEGATRON. Make Galvatron like lead a group of ancheint or future decepticons including Cyclonus, Scourge, Bludgeon, Jhaxsius.

If you're thinking what I think you're thinking, I like that line of thinking, yesss :)  [Provided, of course, Galvatron =/= Megatron.]

Primal on the other hand... isn't Animated-OpPrime basically BW-Primal? Looks aside, he's certainly closer to BW-Primal than G1-OpPrime. So if they did do it, either they go BM-Primal with the Guru leanings, or they tack a name that's already too similar to OpPrime onto a completely different character. Not inconceivable, but...

I honestly had never heard this term before - I obviously need to catch up on my episodes and read the forum more often - and I can't describe how hard I laughed at it. I sincerely hope they can use it in the show because its just perfect.

I thought that was complete and utter B.S. Perfectly relevant and amusing term. The damn PC police just need to pull that 8 foot branch outta there asses and realize that kids aren't as influenced by cartoon dialogue as the paranoid kid-shielding wack jobs would love them to believe.

I don't see why that would ever really need to be explained.

There are several good reasons that one can go with to satisfy their own needs to explain it.

Think of it this way, if we had the technology to produce robotic servants, then I think it would be a natural progression to eventually vary the models put out to meet peoples various demands.

We would want them to fit in as naturally as possible. If you got a robot maid and got to choose between a "male" model and a "female" model then you might pick the female version.

I can't imagine how it would be if the world was full of robotic servants with no varying distinctions. That would be creepy!

    Oh. My. God.

Just got back home from Botcon, and although there were so many amazing things-- great toy previews, great guests, great exclusives-- I have to say THIS was the most fan-geeking-out, awesome part of the show for me. I was just going to ask that they give Lugnut's punch a name since something that awesome deserved a name, and Marty Isenberg already goes, "I dunno, I like the fan term for it... whatwasit... the Punch of Kill Everything, right?" I couldn't believe he actually read said Animated episode thread in question and remembered my specific name for it so well he was able to recall it X weeks later. And he liked it even better after I told him the acronym for it was P.O.K.E.-- and he said later to me privately that it would be very easy to modify "Kill" to "Krush" or "Krunch" if "Kill" wouldn't pass the censors, since he guessed Lugnut wasn't a great speller.

I dunno, I'm still sorta geeking out over the possibility that my fan-name actually has a quite likely possibility of getting into the actual SHOW eventually. To leave a permanent "mark" officially on a Transformer like that would obviously be a first-time experience for me, and is quite honestly beyond words.
