I love everything about Dead End until you get to his ridiculous lower legs and feet. I'm no engineer but surely to God someone could have engineered something better than that. That said I'm really liking Crankcase for some reason. He has a distinct look and his proportions are pretty good. Legacy is keeping me interested.

 

More so I called it that based on the fact that the kingdom beast figures had heads that look like the show and this just didn't despite the rest of the figure looking decent. I guess my expectations of the face were a little higher based on what I'd seen come out of them previously. But if somebody has a replacement face for it that I'm all for it.

He looks like a god damn authentics figure lol

The hollow legs, the ungainly proportions, just the general all-around cheapness of it

 

You’ve got to run it through the hyperbole filter.

Just make sure you have it set to ‘dollar store garbage’, if you land at ‘McDonald’s toy’ you’ve gone too far. Once you don’t see paint apps, parts count or complexity of engineering, then you’ll see the resemblance of a ‘car robot about 4-5 inches tall’.

Authentics are clearly made out of one or two molds each and that's it.

Pointblank, like, is way more obviously complex than that. It's like saying a human is no more complex than a doll just because they're similar shapes.

 

Ahh yes,Pointblank and all his ankle, waist articulation and pinned joints with good paint apps and an included target master really looks like an authentics.

Look I don’t think Pointblanker is great or even good looking but he is definitely better than any Authentics toy.

Yeah I preferred T30 Rhinox but the Kingdom and Legacy Beasts have been spot on mostly.

 

Agreed, they minus Rhinox have to me been all on point. But I still wanna get K. Rhinox since he's the only Kingdom BW show figure I don't have.

 

I was selective on what I got but some Kingdom, some Masterpiece and some classic or T30s with my Kingdom figures.

 

Ok, so I've seen this mentioned a few times in this thread, but what do people mean when they talk about hidden/secret feature for the Deluxe Skullgrin figure? Was this just wishfull thinking, or was this based on something from a past figure? Where did this talk about hidden/secret feature originate, and is there any basis of truth to it?
