I only ever had Optimus Prime as a kid. Never got any other figures. Now I have soo many awesome figures, but I wish I could have enjoyed more of g1 toys. I had to watch the cartoon, it was how I enjoyed Transformers.

Side note, I got my g2 Brawl yesterday and it’s incredible! I love the green they changed too.
Really looking forward to g2 Onslaught, hoping he gets released real soon!

I believe you were the one that introduced me to this in the TFC thread. I had no idea he even did that but you're right...knowing that joint is there completely changed my perception of what he is meant to be.

These are the first g2 figures I’ve ever bought, and I gott say the vibrant 90’s colors are amazing when all the bots are on a shelf together. Combined mode will be even better!

 

For anyone that might be waiting for an MMC pre-order from Toy Dojo, I just reached out and they told me that there was a shipping mixup with MMC that they just found out a few days ago and are resolving. They said they're still working to figure out what was lost but they're waiting on Probus and Carnifex at the least (and possibly G2 Incursus as well)

 

Yeah, that is a negative, it makes the backpack "robot-mode only".

I didn't know what our third combiner would be until late last year. And for quite some time I was under the impression we were going to do another altogether.

So no that old comment was unrelated and just my broad assumption of what companies would do once Constructor wasn't a hot ticket item anymore.

Also keep in mind mmc likes to fuck around and it would take mere seconds for any of their designers to knock up a simple fake foot shape.

 

Welp, this thread made my wallet hate me. I've always loved bruticus, but seeing the pictures and testimonies from people who own these figures pushed me over the edge. I took a trip to the Dojo the other day and encountered a Brawl, so I took the first step.

Tank mode! The transformation is actually fun! I love how smoothly everything goes together. A lot more fun than Spoiler, imo.

I've only just realised Chogoking was done all-new box artwork for all 5 Gen 2 characters. I've been fighting the urge to take the plunge on G2 and avoiding temptation - like his amazing artwork.

 

The turret can sit in a couple different position. You currently have it set up high, but you can set it up so it's closer to the body:

Just experiment a bit to find what you prefer. Maybe you figured this out already, just wanted to make sure you knew if you didn't.

The button on the turret also lowers or raises to turret for transformation.

Well, it's more like "turret in correct location for tank mode" and "transformed most of it to tank mode but left the turret-hinge in leg-mode-position". It's more of a common mistransformation than an "option".
