Ferguson Walmart here is a bust. Is it just me or does product trickle down from north to south? Seeing as the Columbus folk seem to bet getting more results than down here in Cincy
Ferguson has the velocitron stuff. But they're waiting until the planogram changes to put it out, as they're a pretty well put together Walmart.
Ah I guess that checks out, staff didn't seem open to helping check in the back either. Just gotta wait it out I suppose.
I don't know. Northeast Ohio can be a veritable distribution wasteland where any new inventory is pillaged by scalpers and figure flippers (buy new stock, return old crap from Marc's, Ollie's, or Five Below). I was always under the assumption that Columbus being one of the more solvent and thriving cities in Ohio (steady economy, people want to live there, capital of the state) received better stock. At least, that's the way it used to be circa 2012. Today I'd say the order is Columbus, Cincinnati, humid sun baked port-a-potty row at a chili cookoff, Mariana Trench, the vacuum of space, cleveland.
Target on Alexis has one Legacy Creatures Collide, two Red Cogs, and a ton of BB Dinobots and Terrorsaurs (at least 7 each). Most of it is on an endcap by the kiddie toys.
I think we've hit saturation point on asking about Velocitron stuff. I stopped at the Walmart in Centerville after work to check for stock and was able to ask an employee to scan the barcode for deluxes. As soon as he scanned it, he laughed and said, "Oh yeah, looking for Cosmos huh?".
Yeah. living in Euclid and then moving to Kent I've realized that not only does product get here later, but there aren't as many people posting around here either.
Until they are officially put out you basically have to be lucky and come across a palet somewhere, then be lucky enough that said palet has the deluxe box on it somewhere. I've obsessively perused at least 10 palets like a psycho in various places since Sunday and haven't seen it. Saw an Override box and a Scourge box in two separate places and never together. It's all whilly nilly all over the place for the time being
Two Road Haulers at Strongsville WM but nothing else new. Brickseek is showing the deluxes in stock almost everywhere now.
Yeah I guess they might be in the back or something but there was no employee in sight. I thought I saw one for a second but he vanished into a hollow tree
Found this bot in Queen Creek, AZ Super Target! They originally had 5 in stock and called and spoke with a guy named Andrew in electronics who held it with my name on it!
Nothing at Glendale and Central Ave Walmart, got this guy yesterday in the mail. I don't know anything about this universe of tformers. But it's cool to handle something you've never seen before. Surprised how posable it is.
I stopped by Lewis Center Walmart tonight, but there was no sign of any of the Velocitron figures yet. They had some other stuff on the shelves (Legacy deluxes, Galvatron, SS86 Starscream, SS core class).
The unicron trilogy Metroplex just has an accent, is a big boi, and his planet loves to just keep building cities. Thats it. haha
Newark Walmart has started the toy aisle reset. They've got dedicated pegs for the Velocitron stuff but haven't put any out yet.
Newark Kroger is having a "sale" on transformers that actually puts them back at retail price. It was still only the last Kingdom wave but at least I finally got a Slammer.
Tuttle & Sawmill Walmarts, devoid of any fun. Feel like Hot Rod when I have to keep pumping gas “This is starting to get expensive.”
