There's a lot of characters whom you wouldn't expect to have children, Oswald is one of them...
But consider that he was rich. There would be no shortage of potential gold diggers who might be willing to overlook old Ozzy's general unpleasantness as a person and his appearance for a chance at getting his money.

It works for the Oswald as we knew him since underworld and (depending on the artist) looks aside, he's still a rich and successful businessman most of the time. As much as a number of us would like to pretend it doesn't, money and power talk, and Oswald usually isn't lacking in the confidence side either. For these stories, it makes me wonder what the Oswald of around twenty years ago was like, when these kids were fathered.

Don't find it surprising at all that Penguin has several kids. I honestly find him super attractive (depending on how he's draw) and it's not unreasonable to assume there are woman who would think so too.

I mean he had a son in the Batgirl Burnside comics and it's not too hard to believe the Penguin hiring women to sleep with him and gets them pregnant.

My favorite thing abt batman villains is that all of them just hire a few lesbians to just kinda hang out. Like Riddler's got Quiz and Query. Two-Face has Sugar and Spice. Arguable Joker's got Harley. Batman's Rogues singlehandedly keeping Gotham Sapphics employed.

I still think most of not all probably willingly slept with him on their own accord, probably meeting him at a party or club, believing him to be a man on the way up. A professional would probably have had an abortion just to keep business going.

Batman and the Joker team up in 'The Deadly Duo' series by Marc Silvestri

Batman and the Joker are teaming up...

    This is not a drill.

Batman and the Joker are teaming up.

In November, DC will debut Batman/The Joker: The Deadly Duo by writer/artist/industry giant Marc Silvestri, which is exactly what it sounds like - arguably the most iconic superhero-arch supervillain adversaries working together in what the publisher calls a "fragile alliance."

The seven-issue, Black Label series debuts with Batman/The Joker: The Deadly Duo #1 on November 1. The second issue goes on sale December 6. Each issue is 32 pages with a cover price of $4.99.

"Batman and The Joker are two of the world's most iconic characters and have been at each other's throats for more than 80 years," says Silvestri in DC's announcement. "I always thought it would be pretty entertaining to have them on the same side so I wrote a story about it. Needless to say, stuff happens."

In what the publisher calls a "meticulously crafted" take on a "horrifying and suspense-filled version of Gotham City," Harley Quinn has been abducted by a strange, mysterious, and brazen villain, and The Joker will go to any lengths to get her back.

Plus, mysterious, "Joker-like" creatures are stalking the streets of Gotham collecting severed heads, and Jim Gordon is missing. When a package containing a bloody piece of his friend and ally is delivered to Gotham City Police Department, Batman concludes he must do anything to save him.

    See where this is going?

Yes, when the Clown Prince of Crime proposes a team-up, the Dark Knight feels like he has no other choice but to accept the offer.

Batman/The Joker: The Deadly Duo will feature a plethora of variant covers for its first two issues, including main covers by Silvestri, plus variant covers by Greg Capullo, Kyle Hotz, Jorge Fornes, and two by Silvestri, including a 1 in 250 "signed ratio variant cover" for issue #1.

Batman/The Joker: The Deadly Duo #2 will feature a main cover by Kelley Jones, with variants by Jim Lee, Yanick Paquette, Christopher Mitten, and a black & white ratio variant by Silvestri.

The Justice Society gets an ongoing and Stargirl returns in DC's 'New Golden Age'

Ahead of releasing its full November solicitations, DC has announced three new titles from writer Geoff Johns: one-shot The New Golden Age #1, limited series Stargirl: The Lost Children, and perhaps most notable and surprising and long-awaited, a new ongoing JSA series.

In the aftermath of Flashpoint Beyond, The New Golden Age #1 "will unlock DC's epic and secret-ridden history of heroism" by launching this new group of titles. The entire timeline of the DC Universe is at risk and somehow characters Mime and Marionette are connected – as are Rip Hunter and the Time Masters, as well as a mysterious figure DC has named Nostalgia.

"Our goal is to delve into the neglected corners of DC with this new group of titles, from the JSA to the Legion, and all those who operate between. It's the story of where superheroes came from, where they're going and why they're always needed."

The New Golden Age #1 will feature art by Steve Lieber, Jerry Ordway, and Diego Olortegui, with covers by Mikel Janín, Gary Frank, Todd Nauck, Michael Allred, David Talaski, and Dan Hipp. It goes on sale November 8.

Next on the slate is Stargirl: The Lost Children, a six-issue limited series in which teenage heroes from the Golden Age are disappearing left and right, as discovered by Stargirl and Red Arrow. These heroes are apparently being targeted by the disturbingly-named Childminder.

"There's nothing I get more gratitude from than continuing the legacy of my sister with Stargirl. And to do it with Todd is a blessing as we introduce DC's secret Golden Age of teenage heroes in a fun mini-event," Johns says.

Stargirl: The Lost Children #1 debuts November 8, with series and main cover art by Todd Nauck and variants by Crystal Kung and Mayo 'Sen' Naito.

Although Johns has written for DC for decades, it's been some time since he worked on an ongoing series for the publisher. That said, his work has been hugely influential, particularly when it comes to the Justice League of America.

Johns and David Goyer's work on the 1999-2006 JSA ongoing, which featured art from Stephen Sadowski, Alan Davis, and others, completely altered the fabric of the team created by editor Sheldon Mayer and writer Gardner Fox in the '40s. In Johns and Goyer's run, Black Adam became a member of the team and shifted his overall roll in the DC Universe from total villain to semi-anti-hero – at least, for a while.

Now, Justice Society of America: The New Golden Age Part One will see a "long-lost" JSA hero enter the contemporary DCU with a dire warning about a mysterious enemy invading the team's history, but it's seemingly too late to do anything about it.

…or is it? The newly-formed JSA will have to defeat this villain, but there are a lot of questions at play that only the Time Masters can answer.

"There will be familiar faces re-joining the team, like Jay Garrick and Alan Scott, as well as long-lost members returning, like Beth Chapel and Yolanda Montez, and a new Golden Age legacy hero first hinted at in the end of Flashpoint Beyond. Mikel Janín is doing the work of his career on this," Johns says in the announcement.

In addition to a script by Johns, Justice Society of America will feature art by Janín. The first issue will go on sale November 22, with covers by Janín, Yanick Paquette, Joe Quinones, Jerry Ordway, and Steve Lieber.
