So we're assuming all of the 2023 guys except for Metalhawk are getting bumped to 2022 wave 4 right? And Twincast gets bumped back to being Metalhawk's wavemate?
for me: weird long face hip skirts the entire front bumper is wrong, thus his chest is wrong wrong wheels
So does ‘next year’ means January but it’ll show up in December? Otherwise by the time Breakdown comes out, Motormaster will have long since passed into aftermarket/fomo territory. Hopefully he’s a really good standalone figure.
Watch “wave 4” just be Breakdown and Twincast. (Was there another new one originally? I can’t remember)
I’m gonna be cautiously optimistic bout which figures are gonna be in wave 4. I feel like a lot of discussion about figures moving up from wave 5 to replace the pr figures of wave 4 is setting a lot of people up for disappointment. Remember people, nothing is confirmed yet.
That’s the plan, just as soon as Target will put him out on the shelf. I’m thinking more people who pick up Breakdown and see the 5 of 5 on the box but by that point 4 of the 5 are unavailable.
I wonder what things related to BW might PulseCon reveal? for me they were all this year with TM2 Megatron.
During CW they split the Stunticons over the first 2 waves because Hasbro didn't want parents seeing 4 deluxe cars on the shelf at once and passing on them. So Legacy is doing the exact opposite and stretching out things as far as they can...
I mean this sounds stupid but it’s be interesting if they did selects repaints of Leo Prime based on LeoBreaker Granted they wouldn’t have the dismembered arm piece to form a claw.
Possible but it seems Selects is less about "close enough" redecos with new heads as it was during Siege but more about redecos with molds that fit the character. I think we are more likely to get a new Leobreaker mold than a Leo Prime redeco.
Leobreaker would make a good BW Prowl repaint/retool. Though if this "Leo Prime" is Lioconvoy I wouldn't mind a straight up repaint.
