    Flamewar too! - thoughI wonder if it\'s possible to custom the decepticon logo without just having to paint over it.

    Megatron has that unique feature of the dragon head and neck being one of his arms, something Predaking does not share. Dunno how a retool would work.

    They've used the Original Beast Wars Predacon logo for all of Kingdom, and with the BW Reissues. It's pretty obvious this was a conscious choice to give the big red dragon the logo from the other show that also had a big dragon.

    Thought I read somewhere it'll all go on sale/pre-order sometime in August when Hasbro Pulse does a official Fan Friday/Transformer Tuesday/Thursday Whacked Out Wednesday web event.

    That's not what I'm arguing. Mixing aspects from different series is what they've been doing for many non G1 characters. Your assumption that it wasn't a conscious choice is asinine.

    As is yours that it's not wrong. It's the wrong logo for the character. Period.

    But Transmetals don't exist in the prime universe as far as we know. Plus they have only been saying these characters come from worlds not changing the entirety of other worlds. I bet you're right they will use Megs as a prime Predaking but that doesn't mean they should shove the Prime Predacon logo on transmetal megatron.

    So…I take it they haven’t added more boxes to their display today ? Such a crappy reveal/teaser of an event…I hope we have leaked pics of the alt-modes and accessories before Hasbro do their thing in august.

    It could still just be an error. Back in CW they put G2 logos on both Superion and Menasor and then put G1 on Bruticus for no reason. Hasbro makes these kinds of errors just commonly enough that I'd lean more on the side of error.

    But who knows, it could even be a holdover from back when Legacy was going to have tie-in fiction. Anyone remember Snapdragon having a Merc emblem?

    The box looks like an early product sample with the missing QR code and G3274 stamped on it. The faction symbol could be corrected before the actual run. Maybe it's a slip from a future retool/repaint of the figure.

    Depends on how the neck forms the arm. Especially since Legacy Megs appears to retain the original figure's placement of the bot head in alt mode. You could, potentially, swap the head/tail of that mold and be most of the way there.
