Our team at the San Diego Comic Con 2022 event have just sent us some new images of the Transformers Collaborative GI Joe Mash-Up Bumblebee AWE Striker & Stalker. Most regular sized ground vehicles (everything but motorcycles) seem to fit somewhere within the 1:30 - 1:38 scale range. I think they just mean somewhere in the ballpark of mainline scale for robot modes, though.
I think this mold would be better for beachcomber or hound, but bumblebee? this mold for bumblebee looks a little worse than megatron.
They gave a Beachcomber alt mode to Bee. And it don’t look good. Considering the cancellation of my pre-order.
The design is from 1985, and much like the HISS-Megs, almost completely carbon copies the vehicle. It's a dune buggy from an era where 90% of the vehicle designs had a real-world counterpart.
It’s still incorrect to call it “Legacy” scale, as that would seem to exclude WFC, which is the series that set the scale. “Generations” scale would be more appropriate.
Right, but all of the CHU releases have been replaced by better WFC releases, so that part of the acronym is now unnecessary. It’s just Generations now.
