I just got my MP-32 Reissue today, and looking in the instructions, it says it has batteries, but non are installed in the balljoint for the head. Are there supposed to be batteries that come in it?

Another thing, I cant get the thrusters on his back out. They just will not turn around the direction Ive seen everyone's do. I have put a huge amount of force on it, and Im afraid of breaking it, anyone else have this problem?

Mine didn't come with batteries. I believe they require 2 LR44 batteries and they go inside the Ape head not the Robot head. I can verify that they do work.

I just got the reissue of this figure. It's pretty great. My only issues are that the hips are loose. Like the bar that connects them in the pelvis makes the legs swing back and forward too easily. I think I can fix that though.

Disconnecting the pelvis to get him into the gorilla stance is scarily hard. I can't even do it. I had to unscrew the pelvis to see how it works and even after putting it back together I can't do it. It feels like it's going to break. I might need to take it apart again and maybe sand something down on the inside. I dunno.

And I can't flip the prime jets out. They rotate one way, but it's the wrong way. I can't get them to rotate the correct way at all and I can't figure it out. Again, it feels like it's going to break. Any suggestions?

We need to see picks of gorilla mode with the new shoulders collapsed ( being able to completely hide the red parts that are shown in bot mode ) . Apart from that , seems like the tolerances on this reissue are overly tight for some reason . Wonder if it’s from a different factory as opposed from the original runs ?

Should be. It would be incredibly strange for them to change the mold for the first reissue and then change it back for this run. Just like they kept the improved shoulder design from Shadow Panther for reissue Cheetor.

Even if it was the original mold though, it’s super easy to mod the shoulders. Only need to shave down a sliver of plastic inside the joint to make the shoulder pads fully collapse. Did that to my OG when it first came out.

Hard to explain, but basically if the shoulder clicks into place securely and smoothly in robot mode, it’s the reissue. The original was held together by friction while the reissue added a little tab inside the shoulder joint. Hope that makes sense.

A review on Hasbropulse for Primal mentioned chipped faceplate paint after transforming. Is this a known issue that's easy to occur or was this guy just not very careful?

Got my figure from Hasbro app, once I transformed it to robot mode the faceplate has a scratch on it I added photos, I contacted Hasbro but all they can do is return it and re-purchase, this figure is 1 per household which I have to contact hasbro again, the process is so time consuming, re-package, return, gotta wait for refund, re-purchase, contRead more about review stating Masterpiece Optimus Primal

act hasbro again to allow me to re-purchase. Cmon man
