I would buy a toy of this Old Rodimus design day one. Specially if they give him that neat "old Clint Eeastwood Rodimus" face that has so much character

In recent years hollywood, comics, and various streaming shows have taken advantage of, at least my, suspension of disbelief and good will to the point they've shot it, drowned it, burned it, spit on it, walked over the ashes, buried it, danced on it's grave, exhumed it, repeated that cycle 4 more times, reburied it with a keg of dynamite, blown it up, took a steaming dump on it, and then rererererebuiried it.

That being said.. the cover art does look fine enough.

 

Also can we all just appreciate how amazing Su’s art is? That’s all pencil, on paper, even the logo. No digital touching up or adjusting composition/colours. This was a one-and-done and it looks absolutely stunning. Dude is a class of artist all his own.
