Is it possible to angle the arms like threezero? MM arms seem flat. The high prices in the west...... cant bear to think of the aftermarket prices, aliexpress has him for like USD 400+

 

I’ve heard the figure is very solid and built well, but their second batch has a lack of lubricant on some ball joints and is on sale because of it on ShowZ. A much better option than Transcraft Bumblebee for sure.

on another note, I don’t think the rust and damage paint looks too bad on the CE-01S? What do you guys think?

Yea, I 100% agree!! I actually ordered it yesterday, but the more I looked at it, the more it bothered me. So I requested for the order to be cancelled. I'm still waiting for them to cancel it.

But now I have money that burning a hole in my pocket. I want a new figure, and don't know what to get.

 

My CE01 is fully repainted by me. I have to improve few detail (eyes, hammer and battle head) but In my opinion I think it's better the clean version and if you're brave, you can apply my tutorial of my signature, with two hours you can have a fully weathering effect on your Bee.

I'm so sorry but I can't find the article. I bought these outline emblems years ago through Ebay at a UK seller and it's seems that the seller isn't online anymore. I tried to find something similar for you on AliExpress but I didn't find anything, I'm sorry!.

Every time I see non-common logos, I buy them without hesitation because I never know when they will stop producing them... I have a big bunch of logos...

@Lockon Prime LP do you already have this mold bud? If not get this and just age it a bit and it will match. I guess it's due to the lore of the Bee character? OP is normally aged and THIS BB is beach rust aged?
@PrimeMA2204 worth it if you don't have the mold and if you have the og TC since that one was papermache. Also, there are a few of us who look at the Bee character with disdain (partly due to overexposure and going from scout to "warrior") that purchased at least this mold.  

 

While I am ook at painting, but I def don't have the talent to do a complete repaint on this guy lol.

I had TC-02, but sold him, bcs his shins started cracking any time I looked it lol.

I really wanted to replace it with the new one, but that rust deco is completely over done. Its one thing to sprinkle rust here and there, but they sprayed it really heavy on the the knees, feet, abdomen area. The masked head got some too.

It's just overkill!!

Sunuva bitch you're right. I bought mine off of bombusbee thinking it was cheaper but showz doesn't have killer tax/shipping? If I cancel my order now and buy it on showz instead, would it arrive as part of the third batch (September)? I would be saving a bit more than $20

 

Yup, all of ShowZStore’s prices are final as they appear, there’s no shipping prices because they’re already integrated into their initial price.

If you buy on ShowZ, it’ll probably be a part of the 2nd batch since it’s still on preorder.

 

New info from the dudes at ShowZ…the *third* batch (if anyone watching this thread is planning on waiting that long to get this guy) is expected to be coming in around October.

 

I hope the second batch starts shipping soon! I leave for a two week trip at the end of July, and I really want a chance to mess with this figure before I leave.

I find that opening it from the back is the easiest way..
That center piece painted in gray, theres a little gap at the bottom. Just stick your nail under it, pull it up, and it'll come right off.

 

does your copy have paint chips?
I find it unreasonable for a 200++ figure to have paint chips

 

I mean, is it unreasonable to think that a fully painted figure that transforms and articulates will enivitibly have some paint chipping!? Just saying...

 

The figure has a million moving parts involved in transformation. It has to get from that bot mode to a pretty compact alt. Chips are inevitable so just fix em it’s easy with some quality acrylics and floor polish.

I have it and it’d scale perfectly. The thigh joints get loose fast and the plastic feels a bit cheep but it’s a nice display piece otherwise.

 

Yeah go for it the BT01 doesn’t have a good enough alt to justify buying it just for transformation’s sake.
