Well shoot. My swinging hammer is glued solid. Was wondering if it was intentional but I guess not.

I had promised myself I wouldn't get any other Haslabs after Galactus, but I might not be able to pass up a 6" scale red T Rex lol.

:(  That sucks. I tried making a gif of a video I took of it spinning since the video from the other post didn't take. Yeah, it's definitely supposed to spin.

Can you not just switch the hands, giving Thor the tabbed Ragnarok hand?

It'd be a sight to behold if it could actually be pulled off! I don't collect the JW Super Colossals, the next best thing for the big carnivores, but add articulation and we're in dangerous territory.

I would have preferred a cape similar to what two pack storm got.

MCU maybe? Though I still don’t know what that would be. Probably a quintet with alternate paneling to make it work with comics. I wish they would build options into these things. Have the set come with Hawkeye and let us choose if it’s Comic version or Jeremy Renner. And let us kick in an extra $30 if we want both.

    Maggot and Darwin arrived today:

It's nice to finally have Bonebreaker's tank leg thing put together. Now if I could just find his freaking body.

Both of these dudes are... okay. Darwin looks like Mr Burns to me from the episode of The Simpsons that featured the X-Files cast when he appeared as an alien. Outside of like a few pages he appeared in Reign of X, my only experience with him is from First Class, which had him look like a normal dude. I'm not a fan of this body at all. It looks like the pizza Spider-Man body, but the ab crunch does not work at all, making me wonder why he even has one to begin with. The colors are nice though.

As for Maggot, I know nothing about him. Not even a page. However, I must say that the figure is way better than I anticipated. My only issue is his legs are loose as hell. OH, and for some reason mine appears to be in a trance as his eyes are rolled upward as if he is staring off into space. I'm not sure exactly how the maggots are supposed to be placed on his body though because the image shows one on his shoulder, but it doesn't attach to anything. It just falls off the moment something shakes. Still, I think I might keep him afterall and put him on my 90s X-Men shelf.

That Darwin figure painted gray/grey would look cool as an alien.

Technically yes, but their skin tone is subtly different (Ragnarok's pinker to Odinson's slightly duller skin tone). It won't bother some folks, but they don't match exactly so it'll look a bit off if you look closely.

The X Men wave is mixed for me to be honest. Vulcan, Wolverine and Havok are it. I might make an exception for Sabretooth, but I just know a deluxe Jim Lee version is coming.

Yeah I'm not really feeling this wave at all. I jumped in due to the Target sale but probably would have skipped everyone except Havok and Wolverine otherwise.

I'm not a fan of the wave one bit outside of Havok, Sabertooth, and Siryn (though, I hate how they did Siryn's cape), but I had to have Bonebreaker.

I don't get the love for Vulcan. I know he's on a new body but it's not like there won't be another million characters using it.

I'm hoping for a long game deal on the entire wave at clearance.

Got an email from Shop Disney about a 20%-25% site-wide sale, yet I can't get it to work with the Guardians of the Galaxy box set. :(

The SAVEMORE code only appears to apply to select items.

Then they need to remove that site-wide comment from their front page, because I took that to mean everything. :lol

Target sale? I haven't heard anything.
