Was tricky, but managed it after an hour last night. He really needs some heel supports

That's strange. It wasn't difficult in my case. Legs (hips and knees) were straight, as right from the box, so were the ankles. The main tip was to turn legs with toes out a little bit, as on my picture. It helps to lean the figure slightly forward.

Is snake bone flight stand still considered the best flight stand option for this guy??

It works great for mine. No sign of wear or fatigue so far. Its strong, simple to use and affordable. I would recommend it

Quick question. Just got my Psychro Knight out for display and found that one of his wings had the inner large plate simply unable to hold position. I have a feeling I know why and should be able to implement a fix, but is this a common occurrence worth my sharing of a solution when I'm done? Or is there already an existing fix?

I had the same issue with Doragon out of the box. I opened the wing arm and tightened the hinge with floor polish. I only needed a screwdriver to take the wing apart.

It's been a while but I think I did the same on one or two "not-feathers". Only a tiny amount was needed, don't do a thick layer.

Hmm... could be mould degradation, then - tried some Kiki and it made no appreciable difference. Would have had to really pack that stuff in there over multiple days. Switching around which "feather" was where (even changing sides) didn't help either. Could be that it was either collapsing in on itself slightly or the drafting angle has become too much.

Solution I came up with in the end was a 3D printed "slug". Basically a cylinder to push slightly against the post the "feathers" mount on. 16mm tall, 13.8mm diameter with a 14.2mm bulge in the middle, and a straight 8mm hole up the centre for the screw post. I wouldn't want to go any larger than a 14.2mm bulge in case it made it too tight or started stressing things, but 14.0mm fit into the space without any restriction so that's too small.

So I managed to snag this guy from BBTS yesterday and its almost perfect, except that one of the right-side wings are very loose and always flops down whenever I try to raise it. Is there any fix for this? I tried tightening the screw the wings connect to, but it doesn't seem to help and I don't to risk over-tightening and cracking the plastic or anything.

I hate bad designed friction joints... But you can try this:

Put some floor polish in the joint or another "thickener" like glue...

To elaborate on what the other guy mentioned, you can try taking it apart and applying a bit of clear nail polish to the base of the pieces, you can try to work in some Kiki's or similar joint tightener (which is basically watered down floor polish/varnish to make it flow more readily), use floor polish/varnish directly although I don't remember what the specific type to use is now at days. Don't try glue unless you can't figure out another option and don't want to wait because you'll need to work all the pieces for a good long while to avoid them setting together and you risk fusing the pieces.

I love the red one. I wish they'd reissue the blue one. Such a cool Transformer.

The post immediately above this is where I mention how I fixed it, should you have access to a 3D printer.

If not you can replicate the same basic behaviour by lining the inside of one of each wing type on each side (which would then become the inner wings) or by lining the inner portion of the post in order to compensate for the draft angle. Lining could be done with tape, or with a filler material of some kind (Kiki, water-based poly, floor polish, etc), but you don't need it to be very thick. 0.1mm (about 4 thou) is sufficient.

Honestly can't wait to finish Cang's Thunderking and have Megadoragon in bot mode on his shoulder.
