I think they’ll still market Legacy Year 2 as like a New Chapter in the on going story or something like that so it’ll most likely be Legacy Y2 imo. Though I wouldn’t be surprised if they end up doing Legacy Y2 Wave 1 or something. Like in comics when a new team comes on a book that continues the story but they reset it to issue #1 even when it’s like… not that different.

I can guarantee they won't give him working treads.

I haven't seen them on a TF I've owned since BW Rampage.

Whether they'd be plastic or rubber, they'd be way too expensive to do today. And as some partially melted RotF Demolishers have shown, I think having the old "tiny wheels on the bottom" method would be fine.

Considering there are only 2 or 3 figures in Wave 4 that aren't package refreshes they'll probably reveal 3 and 4 all at once.

I honestly can’t think of any other transformer that actually had real rubber treads.

Oh for sure, with what the leaker said pages ago (was it even in this thread?) about a "War Dome"/Secret Wars type of story for year 2, I wouldn't be surprised if at least the boxart reflects that vague story, with characters in an arena of sorts.
I can probably see the team showing a banner art like this year's at pulsecon to keep up the momentum if they're not doing those reveals yet.

My nostalgia wants me to say it's Armada, but if I'm honest with myself Victory is the best TF anime.

Agreed along with the ROTB toys being revealed possibly at SDCC.

I think that the RotB figs might not because the movie is like a year out… is that normal for movie lines?

Since this is basically wave 1, I'm curious to know about the remaining waves of 2023. But that will probably be a few months.

No, but when the toys were too late to be stopped from being mass-produced/manufactured because the Delay came too late. Along with we know they were shipping into the US or are in Hasbro warehouses in the US ready to be shipped yes. So their toys either need to be revealed soon or are gonna be quietly put out on shelves with no word, But SDCC is a great time to reveal the ROTB Cyberverse toys.

I suspect that the "g1 toon" Insecticons will get 1 character per year so they can do the "deluxe Insecticons" as minor retools / repaints. Probably Shrapnel in 2023 since he was in the same vote as Needlenose, with the mold reuse being Chop Shop.
