It was just tongue in cheek more then anything with use it or lose it but it would be nice to get a metrotitan from that mold rather then cybertron.

 

I got the original G2 set when I was a wee lad. I still have it today... along with 3 other decos.  

 

I always liked the idea of the metroplex mold being done in black, purple and a splash of red. I'd call him nemesisplex and he's a clone of the main guy. One of shockwaves mad experiments.

Was looking at Hasbro exclusives from 2019 and they were revealed between mid to end of June. So with SDCC being 23 days away, I would hope they would reveal those exclusives by now.

We can't really use 2019 as precedent for anything. Their social media and reveal strategy has changed completely over the last couple of years.

I'm relieved that the Alpha Trion/Orion Pax set won't have a massive chunk of the run sold off to SDCC flippers and thrown up on ebay before the rest of us even have a chance to order!

 

Just saw on Toy Ark that all Hasbro SDCC Exclusives will be offered through Pulse only this year. Meaning if anyone had hopes of snagging one while in physical attendance, they are out of luck.

 

Good news! They don't have to waste half the con waiting in Hasbro's line and they can attend actual con programming instead.

 

I guess it's a good sign of lots of exclusives supply. Unless they do something like the paz visla figure at star wars celebration.

 

Bad news! If they were available at the Con they'd be able to ship them in July. Now they can wait until October/November if they want to.

 

Would that mean the exclusives will be revealed before or during SDCC?

 

I'm honestly ok with that since it gives everyone a fair shot at getting them.

 

Yeah for sure! I just meant if they had a physical stock for the convention PLUS stock for pulse that would mean we would get it sooner since it would have to be on hand for the convention next month.

 

Well, back in SDCC 2019 (maybe 2018 as well), Hasbro was already putting their SDCC exclusives up for sale after the event. So if anything, this hurts anyone that was going to the event in hopes of picking up Hasbro exclusives.
