Perhaps its nostalgia talking but this thread always manages to somehow put a big dumb smile on my face because I love everything Beast Wars.

Yeah that gimmick means no head articulation, but otherwise that's the best impression of the Morpheus "bring it on" pose he can do.

In my case TM Megs definitely... so my Armada Predacon is as close as I will get. But so far Mutant Soundwave has been fine. I'm not handling him any more than necessary though.

Between GPS and Transmetal flakes, I've actually come to the point where I'm looking at getting rid of pretty much the later half of my BW collection.

It's not that I don't like the designs overall (though TM2 asymmetry does bug me), but every once in a while you find another has started to generate glitter.

I'm hanging on to certain ones, especially chrome-absent redecoes like Armada Terrorsaur, and I actually like Universe Razorclaw better than Tigerhawk. I'd love to be able to replace my TM2 Iguanus with a Universe Reptilion, but the valley between the prices on "missing body parts" and "complete" is uncanny.

Oh boy, my X9 has been held up at customs for two days now. That can’t be good.

Yikes. Hope for the best. Rare enough to stumble across an X9 these days.

My favorite childhood BW toy, I remember being fairly obsessed with this toy. His colors are just fantastic. Was never a big fan of the mouth missile, but man everything else hits just right. I need to get a new one.

Unpopular opinion but after waiting 20 years for a well done mainline Dinobot the kingdom one sucks ass. The dino head and arms are absolutely atrocious

Indeed. All the makings of a good (perhaps even great) figure are there, but some of the design choices let it down severely.

I'm honestly shocked that all the upgrade kits barely do anything with their new hands. DNA is rhe least bad looking option, so I just ordered it. I need someone to design a new dino head that still transforms, I really hate the goofy googly eyes.

I'm convinced we'll see Studio Series versions of the Kingdom Beast Wars figures at some stage, where they fix some glaring issues on them. Dinobot would be served very well by some retooling and better paint apps.

Got Kingdom Blackarachnia 2 months ago for $13 in a Walmart out of town & my concerns about her looseness & fragility were squashed! My copy has great joint quality, nothing breaks easily & the chest tab seems short & unbroken out of box, possibly that rumored later run version. She is a surprisingly solid spider, enough to spin a web & hang on it!

I’m surprised that we haven’t gotten a pull apart Waspinator in the RED line yet. I’d buy it.

For those concerned about transmetal flaking, I recently put some clear coat over my RID megatron and it's been holding up great. I know some beasties have much more surface area, but with a little patience, it's a wonderful bandaid
