Their inventory system seems a real mess. I have placed 3 orders in the last 2 months. One order cancelled in full (was just a couple Marvel figures), the other two each had good chunks of the orders cancelled. Still great deals for what I eventually got, but super disappointing when you have to deal with continued cancellations.
If anyone needs a Rey Mysterio Walmart has them on sale for $11.19. Robot or human? What annoys me the most is they kept selling them for an even higher price days after I put my order in so it's not like they didn't have them. Well it's been noted that they are totally unreliable.
Yeah, I made 2 orders with them, total of 7 items, they shipped 3 and canceled the rest after a month even though they had several pieces listed as back in stock. It wasn't a huge risk for me, and I got a piece I really wanted.
I'm confident that Origins Thunder Punch He-Man will be great, but I am admittedly biased. It was one of my few MotU toys from childhood, second hand because I was too young to experience the MotU toys at their peak. I can still smell the aroma of spent ring caps.
My pol just arrived from BBTS. I just opened Clawful, Horde Trooper, Sun-Man, and Anti-Eternia He-Man. All are great figures. I love this line.
I got ANOTHER Goldberg for the head arms and armor. And Another Ram Man to make my own Hans Hammerholder. And since Ram Man was $5 I got 2 more to make random Dwarf Warriors. I will be making Hans Hammerholder as King of the Dwarfs on my shelf. Goldberg's armor will not peg on in the back. The torso is to large. I may need to give the armor a hot bath or just glue it on. I will need a Hammer to go with him at some point, but for now what he has will do.
Panthro and Adam lookin badass and ready for action riding in on battle cats. Odd that you didnt put anyone on the cat on the right. Guess hes just goin it alone...
I'm not the biggest fan of clamp champ- or more accurately, his accessories. The vintage clamp is completely different- it snaps open when you press the button, and shuts again when you let go. The origins one, however, has to be reset everytime it snaps shut. The result is a much less fun gimmick. The card art suggests using it to lift up foes, but the hand peg is so weak that it'll just fall out. I got him on sale, but still. He was my 3rd MOTU figure, and luckily I was so enthused with the buck that I didn't notice the issues as much.
I just want the new wave of Origins with Mantenna already. I keep checking Targets, but they're still overstocked with the Jitsu wave. I'm scared the wave after is just gonna be Randor, Whiplash, Space Sumo, and Comic Trap Jaw and that's the wave that rots into next year.
