I know there is probably a Nightbeat in the works with the Legacy Minerva, but I decided to make a Nightbeat using the re-issue Punch/Counterpunch, which is why I literally bought that figure in the first place, it just took me a while to get around to it...
Has to do with it being the Punch/Counterpunch body. The hands flip around with different colored hands on either end, to match whether it's Punch, who's on one side of the body, or Counterpunch, who is on the other side of the body. I used this side since it looked more like Nightbeat without extra painting, however for the hands to be the correct color, I left them the opposite hands. I thought about flipping them, but they're held with pins and that's a pain to take out.
This is an epic custom. I think this mold lends itself to many customs, do to it's high (comparitive to most transformers) level of customizability without even adding anything
Awesome work! Mind telling me how you did the Headmaster port integration? I have been thinking of doing a Sideways with two modes using two Titanmasters from this mold from some time.
Theres plenty of Titanmaster adaptors, but I’d like to know what he and used and how he integrated it into the mold.
No, I mean there's a kit that completely replaces one of the inner torso pieces to allow TM compatibility. I'll search it up in a bit
Err, yeah, literally just unseat them from the mushroom pegs and swap the arms with eachother. Problem solved.
Sure! If you unscrew the body, and remove the Titan/Head master head, it leaves a ball joint space, which fits the ball joint on this particular figure. I've done a few customs like this; also, bear in mind it only works if the ball joint is the same size.
