That's because none of these have been officially announced.
Once they are, preorders will be up on Walmart and possibly Pulse.

Question, because it's a long time since I read the comic, but does he use wheels?
I was under the impression from the toy that those aren't wheels, but they are disc to help hover.

Or am I wrong and this is just dumb none functional wheels?

 

I’m fairly certain in the comic they were actual wheels.

 

I hope someone makes new hand parts for him then, because that makes me sad. I got him today and was only disappointed by that.

It's my own fault for being disappointed about it, I didn't pay attention and assumed they would be working wheels.

It's still so superior to the other blurr, it tabs in so much better and looks amazing

Edit : my 6yr old daughter has decided he also has ice powers. Hot rod has fire powers. There you go.

 

Yeah, they should've just left them off. He'd still look good with only the new blue parts, and I doubt anyone would be complaining about the lack of fake wheels that neither rotate nor come close to touching the ground. But at least with the way they're stylized, they don't look like they have to be wheels/tires. If I get him I'll just pretend they're exposed hover-coils or something.

 

Yeah, this figure is the only version of the mold I got, it looks much better than the SS version if not for this version I’d probably if I had to try the SG version.
