I used Gundam markers to make me, Soundblaster Studios, a Soundblaster. My friend dry brushed the inside of the legs and bit on the shoulders, although I'd also put stuff onto the shoulders. This guy went through multiple phases.
I like the added detailing, but the silver paint in particular looks quite unfinished. This is most likely due to using markers for large areas instead of just for tiny details, as the coverage isn't complete or sharp. It kind of goes with rhe whole battle damage motif, but isn't quite there.
Oh and there were sharpies used for panel lining under the silver (this thing went through multiple iterations) Yes I've been told Sharpies kill plastic, I didn't know... ._.
Just curious what was wrong with just getting a real Soundblaster. Is he hard to get now? He shelfwarmed here for a long time.
I did get a real Soundblaster, and then painted him. He was never a Soundwave. You can tell by chest size.
Oh, sorry, I guess when you said you made yourself a Soundblaster I assumed it had to be made from something besides itself. I can't find a better way to type that, sorry. I like your silver.
