Is there a water planet in the franchise for a season 2 at Walmart? With a Thunderblast and minibot Seaspray and a retool of Kingdom Airazor into pontooned TM Airazor?

Edit: Nautica is technically a flying/spaceship sub, and if IDW is back on the menu, maybe instead a "Clouds" theme/setting with minibot Powerglide, Cybertron/Planet X Soundwave, Cybertron/Planet X Noisemaze, and an IDW/MtMtE Whirl?

Edit 2: And Devcon with targetmaster/headmaster/powermaster Slizardo, because why the heck not?

Javelin is canonically a cycle, not a hoverspeeder. The upcoming SS BB Arcee would be a closer match.

Velocity is canonically a wheeled vehicle (far right), so probably not. The upcoming Velocitron Override or an all new IDW Chromedome would be a closer match. Or just give her Firebird alt from the Terminator comic.

Remold looks good! Love it!
However... looking at the comparison picture... eh. It doesn't have enough paint apps. It feels like a remold, but it kept the old colors. I'm noticing a distinct lack of black on the head, white on the legs, the chest color isn't right...
So its either keeping 86 Blurr colors, or he picked the WORST reference to compare it to.

 

This is the kind of shit I want from Legacy. Use old and new and blend them harmoniously (unless the intention is deliberately to recreate the old with today’s technology like Kingdom).

Blurr is clogging shelves all around me, but this Blurr I’m almost certainly getting.

 

Hopefully the next leak is freaking Cosmos!

Like, not knocking this one; they did a great job remolding this. Disappointed it’s not Armada Blurr, but maybe somewhere down the pipeline. Anyways, it’s just not for me. I’m content with SS86 Blurr as my Blurr. Still though, for you guys who prefer the IDW look, knock yourselves out.

Now just waiting for Cosmos and to a lesser extent Road Rocket to leak.

 

On one hand I was hoping for Marvel Comics Blurr with the purple.

But on the other hand this is awesome.

 

Nautica is canonically a submarine, but she was literally retooled from the last Blurr mould. Also while it'd be great to get official proper Velocity and Javelin, but that's probably never gonna happen.

Javelin has basically no other potential mould - maybe a heavily redone LegArcee?

Velocity might be a bit more possible with other moulds, but I really don't want new Elita becoming the new POTP Fembot mould, getting used for everyone.

We're literally just speculating on what else this tooling could be put towards, and velocity is close enough in colour scheme to get a ToyHax treatment

 

No, but in Cybertron the 4th Cybertronian ship "Atlantis" did crash on Earth and sink to the bottom of the sea rather than starting another colony, so they could use that.

 

Barely. Either way, I find a unique robot mode to be far more important when distinguishing the character. When I see this, my mind goes straight to G1 Blurr and not IDW.
And as for the alt, I can't get over the fact the wheels don’t even touch the ground. Like, what?  

 

Same. I would love to see Riptide in toy form. The entire crew, hoently, but especially Riptide.

 

I\'m just waiting for Cosmos at this point. I probably sound like a Geewunner sayin that, but I\'m pretty sure Cosmos is the only one I\'d want out of the set. I mean, I have the SS86 Blurr, I have a Grapple so I don\'t need Road Hauler, I prefer the Netflix Nemesis to the RID one, Road Rocket and Burnout seem unappealing to me, and I wouldn\'t get Clampdown cause already have like three of the Sideswipe mold.

But if I see an Override in stores, I\'d get that, as she does look friggin awesome. But as far as preorders, I just want Cosmos, dammit.

 

The wheels not touching the ground really rubs me the wrong way, TBH. Looks good otherwise, but I have no attachment to the character, so I\'m good without.

 

Holy shit, that's way more than I was expecting from him! I definitely prefer the regular SS86 colors, but the new head is so much better, and I love the new shoulders and the vehicle mode is cool too for the most part (although I'm not a fan of the fake wheels that can't even touch the ground, they should've just omitted those if there wasn't a way to fix the clearance issue). I'll be really tempted because I want to support getting more IDW1 characters and I love how much effort they put into him, but I'm not sure if I can see him replacing my customized SS86 version (again, just don't like the colors as much) so I don't know if he'd really fit into my collection or not. But then again, I'm thinking about having a shelf of IDW-specific versions of characters I already have (like custom Autobot Megatron and non-Decepticon Cyclonus), so maybe I could just squeeze him in there?

I could see this working well for G1 Devcon with minimal retooling and IDW Nautica and Wing with a bit more retooling.
