Can u sell me a "TF" watch that hides the branding really well? I just expected an Optimus face or something built into it.

I can take a watch and write "Bumblebee" on it, too!   But hey, Im not a watch enthusiast, so the hardcore probly love this in a way I cant understand.

 

The G-Shock from 4 years ago that came with the transforming stand actually hid the branding really well, and I'm pretty sure you can get just the watch on eBay.

 

Bah, Megatron gets the entry-level 5600 while Bumblebee gets a 6900? I thought we were past this "villains don't sell in Japan" thing by now, that graphic stopwatch with red backing and/or framing would have looked so awesome. Instead we get another example of Bumblebee, who has become such a snore. Plus the 6900 already came in yellow, probably why they're doing it again, but it's repetitive.

Digging that Megatron. Casio makes some hardy ass watches, I've had the same one for 9 years and its still kicking.

 

Yeah I work at UPS and I bang around a lot in trailers and equipment as a natural consequence of moving boxes around a warehouse. Any lesser watch would've been trashed by now but mine is still going. I need to replace a strap pin and actually start wearing it instead of keeping it in my pocket like a pseudo pocket watch lol!

It would have been nice if there was a 4th option, say a purple Shockwave watch to balance it out.

 

The word that comes to mind is "garish." The Megatron watch is the least offensive.

I'll stick with my Timex "Pac-Man" watch (although I had to replace the band because the clasp snapped off and Timex's warranty is a joke).

To each their own, of course. Shouldn't have to say that, but don't want someone jumping down my throat for expressing an opinion....

 

Yeah, back when I wore watches on my wrist the G-shock I got for Christmas was a godsend as any other watch would've not made it with how much it got banged against walls and things.

No Soundwave? - No reissue of the official club watch from the 80's? Lost opportunity! I am also curious if the batteries are easy to replace / are standard vs. unique. Some of these are more troublesome than they are worth once you pop'em open...

 

I can't really bring myself to like these. Like if they had a flip watch with the transformer faces that would be cool. As they are, they're just ho-hum.

 

They look cheap and tacky.
