Idk if I'm restating what you said, but I so miss the days of third party sets like City Commander, and would love a return to em!

 

I\'m trying to decide if I would have rather then do what they ended up with this set by simply adding some easy upgrade pieces that simply cover his hollow holes and gaps, and in the change get this set a month or two after the figure release: or instead get a replacement set of legs where the toes can fold up, but need to wait a good 8-12 months and a solid $30 more for the set.

Damn, just what I was afraid of. Sludge is too small in dino mode. His head is only half a head shorter than Grimlock in dino mode.

Saw this in DNA Facebook, their add on part for solving knee loose joint will not work permanently.

"DNA Design your solution to solve the knee loose joint is by inserting a black rectangular piece into the soft hollow bracket. We have tested this using earbud cotton and it is not a permanent solution. Instead, the expansion on hollow bracket will cause the tooth on hollow bracket to get flattened faster due to the nature of solft plastic of hollow bracket.

May I suggest you to provide us with a better hollow bracket that is made of stronger plastic?

Looks like a really solid set for sludge hope to get it.

 

If your friend stuffed way too much cotton in there and prevented the tooth from retracting, then that may be why it wore out so quickly.

 

Just hold your horses to buy this dna add on. Read from weibo that GoBetter will come out with sludge add on that will solve the loose joints and also the foldable feet.

 

Hopefully better than their Slag / Slug set. The replacement rear dino feet ended up pretty bad...a rare miss from Go Better. The rest of their Slag set was good, though.

 

Can you explain more about it? What is the problem?

Too floppy, the filler parts don't like to stay in place, restricts dino leg articulation

 

I bought this kit and I noticed that I did not get enough rubber parts for all the joints that require it. Anyone else have a similar experience and if so, did your retailer or DNA themselves resolve it for you? Thanks in advance.
