Yes. They used an image of a Getsuei accessory and wrote something about a pantograph being included.
Since Shouki does not come with a pantograph , they thought it would be problematic to leave it as is.

I adore how nicely done the trains are so far but I really need them to show a better representation of the combined mode before I commit to getting any of them, since I'll be displaying in that form, and none of the silhouettes so far have looked very good.

 

The more time goes without a Raiden prototype, the more I think they don't want to be copied for some reason.

Yukikaze (the other leg) dimensions should be the same as Shouki, right?

And arms train should be around 22 cm everyone.

I'm really really curious about the combining transformation, i'm thinking about an asymmetrical transformation for a totally new combiner typology.

 

After MP Trailbreaker's reveal, my enthusiasm for the MPG Trainbots have dampened a little.

I wished they'd worked in more of the 3.0 features like ab crunch, optional faces, wrist flex, butterfly jointed shoulders etc into the designs.

Matte paint on the face might also have been a better option. The shiny silver face on the Shouki displayed at Shizuoka Hobby Show doesn't do the sculpt any favors. The reflections give it that sour face puckered up look like on the original MP Lambor.

 

Just tried paying off my preorder for Shouki on AJP but it won't actually apply the gift card balance. I accidently paid off my Trailbreaker PO (clicked on his order instead of Shouki's) by applying the GC balance but it won't do it on Shouki for some reason.
I guess that I'll just hope Amazon takes payment out of my balance before charging my card when Shouki is released next month.

 

I wonder if this will be one of those cases were we see Yukikaze (or whoever) well before POs open, via show or Generation book. Id imagine they would want people to get Shouki and possibly Getsuei in hand before opening that 3rd PO.Two releases in are a pretty good sample size to decide if this is a ride you want to continue riding or get off of.

I guess originally they were going to go with Yukikaze 2nd. His silhoutte isnt blacked out like the other 4.

Still not sold on the ankle kibble, but Im holding out on a full color reveal. Them not being symmetrical doesnt help. Kaen looks like hes going to be shorter than the others, his thighs doesnt look as long.

 

It seems that the legs kibble came from the arms pieces.

In an interview they say that all the robots will be 18 cm height, i think Kaen has only a very squatted pose

(Btw, arms robot's silhouette seems... strange)

 

I suspected that when the Raiden silhouette was first revealed because the leg cannons looked suspiciously like the antennas of Seizan's and Suiken's backpacks.

Now that we have Suiken's and Seizan's silhouettes to compare with, it seems even more so.

 

The legs on the Raiden combined mode look really short and out of proportion with the upper body. Almost like there are no thighs there. I think they look great as individual figures (from the two we’ve seen so far) but the Raiden silhouette looks kind of underwhelming. To me anyway.
