i honestly don't really care about the accuracy or whatever. i was a literal infant when the original scourge was out. this one looks cool and i'll buy it.
While he isn't very accurate, I think he looks really nice. It's not like they really did anything stupid here like not painting the wheels. He is really stunning to me in both modes, as was the original. I really would have loved a chrome trailer, I just think that's such a hot touch.
Yeah, it's cool, but it's too far off from the original to be worth the current Leader price to me, never mind the price of exclusive Leaders!
I’m just hoping we get a Voyager release of this figure at some point, be Combat Hero Prime and/or proper Scourge colors because I never really cared for the cab gimmick anyways not want to spend additional $20 for it.
I think it's version 1.0. After u buy this, Hasbro will release Ver 2.0, w the colors u prefer! That said, I love the pink on this guy, and the lack of stupid truck flames! I think it's a home run.

Yeesh. Firstly, the good, the black and teal are really nice, and I love the shade of reddish pink they used. I also really like the chest windows being that color (sorry not sorry, the black chest on the classic scourge is boring). But my god, the red on the shoulder stacks is ATROCIOUS. Like, it's legitimately inexcusably bad. I get that it looks like they focused the deco ops into making the tanker trailer more silver, but honestly, if that's the case, it was the wrong decision. I was on the fence on this guy, and hoped seeing him would make up my mind one way or the other, the shade of pink pushes me more into wanting him, but that god awful bleeding of it onto the shoulders pushes me back onto the fence right where I have been. Guess we'll see when POs go up or something. Edit: I'm still hoping for a Toxitron.
It's a more Nemesis Prime color scheme to be sure, but I think it looks really good! The teal and pink are really vibrant over the black plastic. I admittedly don't have too much connection to the RID01 character though, so I can understand where more hardcore fans of the character would be upset. As for myself, This Scourge/Black Convoy is gonna live on the G2 shelf as an upgraded version of Siege Nemesis Prime employed by Jhiaxus
That’s my problem entirely. I love Scourge and I love Nemesis Prime. Have an entire shelf of nothing but. The pink windows with the teal is fabulously fun, so this could have been a cool new take on Nemesis. The Combaticon logos, vehicle mode, and head are perfectly Scourge. This could have been an excellent update. But it’s both and neither, so I’m not sure how to react to that.
I'd like to issue a friendly reminder that since the figure was likely acquired through special means, there's a slim chance this isn't the final product.
The most these early copies vary is accessories. Changing this to a more palatable final product would require overhauling the entire deco process and scrapping or stripping and then repainting several othet copies. There's basically no chance of that
So this line hasn't even officially been acknowledged yet.... There's a chance he may be called Nemesis Prime, unless there's a listing for him I haven't been aware of yet.
