I’ve been experimenting with configurations for Dominator’s armor pieces, a la Tactical Commander. Dominator’s armor is more specialized and unusually shaped, so it’s more challenging to work with than the armor for Tactical Commander.

So far I’ve come up with a few base mode/launchpad configurations to mount the flying drone. This first one is ok; each half is sturdy, but nothing holds the halves to one another:


This one is more of a mobile launchpad/gantry. I like it more because it’s compact and it tabs together very well.

I’ve got some other ideas I’m gonna try out, and I’m interested to see what other people have come up with.

Hopefully the quiet is from TFC diligently finishing their Hun-Gurrr/Abominus, then they can go whole hog on their Joeformers

They can make Trailbreaker the Bridge Layer, to keep with the theme of making him feel limited in his usefulness to the Autobots

 

Roughly Jetfire sized, I recently shifted stuff around so I didn't have WFC Prime readily available in bot mode, but you get the idea, its definitely gonna be a couple heads taller than that. And its gonna tower over voyagers.

So birthday is coming up so thinking of picking this guy up, however, can a traditional arm cannon be made from any of the pieces in the base form? Or using the propeller cannon, can that be used on the arm.

 

The propeller cannon can be mounted on the arm, though it should be noted that the length of the propeller, the connection style, and the weight can lead to it drooping a bit. There's nothing else that's like a real fusion cannon he can mount on his arm, just shorter barreled weapons.

 

Could someone please compare the base Megatron figure himself with generations T-30 Springer? I have some plans for customs.
