There's three of the out there on the reg right now that I genuinely cannot understand. Absolute word salad, except one of them doesn't even use actual words. Shouldn't these people be on a Sonic forum instead?...;O)

That may well work. He's a big lad - particularly when you insert the wing pieces - about the same height as MP10. I'd take some comparison pics but I'm in the office today :S

I was going off of the fact Starsaber without Victory Leo is said to be 9.5/10 inches in his robot mode IIRC but I’ve heard that Ismenios is just under 10 inches? I’m personally happy with that. Especially since Victory Saber combined seems to be about 11.5/12 going off of those images from the other day. That to me sounds like “perfect” scale. Then again I don’t mind my baddies being huge, I’ve always seen Dezarus as a kind of anti-Godzilla (if you believe Godzilla is more benevolent than malevolent) type so him being massive does it for me regardless.

Don’t suppose you can take pictures of Planet X death chicken next to ER Prime if you have him since they used him for comparison in the Haslab video when you get a chance? :)

I'm genuinely quite sad to see the Voyagers in Disguise thread has been cancelled, but what a season finale! I shall, of course, pray for a second season.

I'll bet one if them is a person who wants all of FansToys figures as his life's purpose?

What about Mr Real Life Cartoon figures, he's a bit odd too. And the only one I've put on ignore so far

Thanks to everybody who replied and gave advice about the sticker residue situation. I've bought some goo gone as a first port of call as it seems the less abrasive option to begin with.

Also, we live in a world where my work colleagues know my mood based on the mask that Super Megs is wearing. Permanent desk bot that lad.

Very valid way to judge feelings. It’s like my version of my partners plushie octopus that you can turn inside out depending on your mood.

I do slightly regret not picking up some of the big ones as they went past. Arm and a leg prices now make them a no way kind of thing but love looking all the same.

I can see me picking up the War Machine figure Hasbro announced yesterday (they really need to just use their own YouTube channel, toy sites and fans have barely touched upon yesterday). But I think that's all I want from the announcements and even that will likely need to be in a sale with how shit's going!

They're quickly running out of stuff to sell me and this business of 'retro' packaging almost everything looks desperate already lol.

No problem. Death Chicken lives on top of my guitar amp dispensing spare plectrums so he's always available when I'm at home.

I've got half the forum on ignore because ain't nobody got time fo' that. Admittedly only four on here, though.

I'm in for a goodly chunk of that stuff tbh - hoping for a Majordomo, a new Spiral, an outback Colossus and a proper Psyclocke as well as the missing Galactus heralds too. :D

Possible enablement request - Would anyone recommend the MMC skylynx? Apparently it's due soonish and I'm almost tempted, but the earthrise one is pretty good already...

Oh, I got others on there, I just meant out of those three.

I think I've only got one person on this thread on it, and we all know who that is!

I owned one for a bit and as a higher end figure of the character it's fantastic, one of MMC's best. The space shuttle mode was my highlight but it was all very good.

I resold as I needed quick cash to help cover a vet bill but haven't felt the need to rebuy as I've had much more fun with the ER figure.

Not that there isn't fun to be had with the MMC one but I always tended to treat the expensive stuff extra carefully so I never did as much in terms of reposing or transforming whereas the ER one became my favourite modern Hasbro figure.

Very tempted by the Mojoworld set - the 80's Byrne run was my X-Men time - but I'm expecting it to be £100. :(

More tempted to get 2-3 Retro Sentinels to face off against my 3.75" X-Men.

Japanese Spider-Man is just too similar to the current figures to warrant buying yet another webbed wonder, deffo going to hope that I'll be able to pick up a bargain version. Plus, where are his 'summoning' hands and why does the figure have webs on his boots, but the box art have plain red?

There was an issue with looseness in the bird neck part but hopefully that's been fixed with the new recoloured version. I only have the Lynx part myself as I missed out on the bird part at the time but it's pretty bloody solid!

Thanks both! Still very much a maybe on it - it's kind of hard to justify when I got the £40 earthrise one, and with so many other exciting preorders to think about.

What terrible decisions we have these days.

Fair enough. As I say, I think that really makes Windblade more military adjacent because of said cross-pollination of design elements as due to said aerodynamic truths, civilian development would likely have got to those designs eventually but as you say we as a species do seem to make a lot of our progress through war development sadly...

Agreed on more variety of planes though. TBH this is one of the reasons it'd be great to see Rescue Bots get Generations figs but still have them be Rescue Bots. I think they got some civvie aircraft? Also heavily agree on accessories. It'd be great to have things like the MMC Rung's tablet pad appear in Hasbro lines. Only thing that comes to mind right now of non gun accessories in recent Hasbro figs I own are Ratchet's er Ratchet, his backpack (when it has said Ratchet attached, though his 'gun' also works as a welder) and the ER Optimus repair bay arms which can also be worn as a repair backpack. I gather Kup comes with a snack container? But I don't own him. For that construction guy you mentioned surely he could have come with some big tools. Thing is just as many guns can be headcanoned as welding tools or healing guns, if people really want to imagine a toy as a weapon they can do that too.

Edit: They should make a new Stratosphere:
    Stratosphere - Transformers Wiki
Edit2: Ok so he's a military transport, hmm...

I will be nitpicky on SSBB Soundwave though, as I was in the small camp that did like him and didn't complain as to me he just looked like some kind of Star Wars speeder, specifically a Snow Speeder... though ironically that's a military aircraft - though I think in the backstory they are/were civilian aircraft repurposed by the Rebels?

Would love to see Cargo and Passenger Plane TFs, and a Seaplane would be great! Would also allow for more variety of robot modes. I could imagine a Cargo Plane having a big chunky truckbot like body for example.

TBH, it would be pretty good to see a Generations line with more a civvie vehicle focus, in the same way Rescue Bots and BotBots avert the whole war side of Transformers. And @MyTea Boc could finally get his Busformer! :D

My local Toymaster had a bunch of him when I visited it after having my Optician's appointment last week but I didn't have the time to buy anything due to them closing in 3 minutes. Hopefully I can have a proper look next week when I pick up my new glasses. To be honest I'm just so happy that not only are they still there they seem to be going strong. They made it through the other side of the lockdowns!:)

Big and Powered. Checks out :thumb

I wish more figs had changeable faces like that.

So those faction stickers I ordered off AliExpress arrived. They look good quality but frustratingly they've sent me two of the white Decepticon sticker sheet and no white Autobot sheet I ordered. I suspect either a mistake or a substitution. I've shot them a message about it. Fortunately it was the black Autobot ones I was after primarily :) .

Edit3: Am I crazy or was there someone making a Carcer custom out of the Ark?

Edit4: Got a reply from the store, if I'm understanding the machine translated Chinese correctly, it was just an honest mistake - easy enough mistake to make with white on white stickers. They've offered to include a free set in a future order which, honestly, I may well be ordering from this shop again in the future so I think I'll leave it at that, especially as it wasn't the white Autobot ones I was after primarily. :)
