....that reminds me of the recent news regarding the Dianaut scale Galvatron.

It wouldn't look bad in that either.

I'd love to see some Diaclone Reboot greeble added to the Zurg mother ship.

Ok, that's enough for me to buy it :D

Damn, if i got this as a kid i would've used it to bomb my dianauts while screaming "ZURG MADAFAKA, ZUURG!"

But i'm an adult, so i'll just say "there is no Takara, only Zurg"

Minor update on the 'Lightyear Hyperspeed Series Space Ranger Buggy & Star Command Transport Vehicle' set that was listed on Amazon.

Currently, the link dead ends with a "Sorry, We Couldn't Find That Page" disclaimer, but I have it on pre-order and the thumbnail has UPDATED from the generic brown Mattel box to this:

    Lightspeed Ground Set.JPG

So... two cool little ground vehicles and 3 figures for $16.99 [unless they increase the price once the link goes back to LIVE] - not bad at all!

That’s just the Brachiosaurus from the Ania line from Takara. The cannons are customs which you can fit out from the various parts from the MSG line from kotobukiya.

Not at all. The vehicles are , at the very least , decent platforms for unique builds. The picture reminds me that I need to open some the electric vehicles I've stored away.

After a 2nd glance....that might be a non rc utility truck in the center like the type pictured a page or 2 back.

Nice! Thank you . It's clear a Dino Riders 1/60 line would be easy to accomplish with such quality dinosaur molds available from multiple lines. As a child I enjoyed having a 1/60 scale figure riding on the pterodactyl dinobot. I'd be open to that again :)

You could always look at those new Armoured Saurus toys, no idea what scale they are but there's different sizes.

Thank you! Btw, i got 2 copies of the JP crossover last month but i didn't have time to take a pic with the new Rex repaint yet, sooner or later i'll change my avatar but now i'm glad i didn't do it:D

Cool! I was planning to customize saddles for my JW mini dinos and (expecially) my SH MonsterArts Rathalos, i really want to see my black and red waruder soldier riding the Rathalos... Didn't have time yet, unfortunately. I guess i'll just buy DA-70 somewhere, quickly make supports with peg holes using Das modelling clay and steel wire, and peg the chairs and guns in (and also a computer deck for the Rathalos)

The hinged wings on the blue unit.... it's small features like that that would have made 7 year old me cherish it.

My exposure to 1/60 scale toys started with , among other figures, this guy

who rode on the back of this guy

Pictures of the 5'' scale Armadillo ship have surfaced.

I wouldn't bother posting about it considering we already have the Hyperspeed version which is a true 1/60 scale model but this larger unit also has 1/60 scale application potential (& more carrying capacity). The door on the side of the ship slides open on this version unlike the smaller Armadillo.

I'll wait to see the inside of both versions, but i'll surely get one. If i find a way to make the cockpit suitable for dianauts without making It also look silly, i'll go for the big one!

So this could be quite big news, Jazzwares are launching a whole range of mini figure scaled Star Wars ships, the figures appear to be 1 inch which is about dianaut scale, a tiny bit smaller if they're exactly 1 inch.
The really exciting news is that unlike the old action fleet line these vehicles are all in scale with each other!

Confirmation from Eire/UK Retailer Smyths gallery for the Hyperspeed Zurg Mothership that at least one of those upper hatches is a cockpit/command deck:
    Screen Shot 2022-05-24 at 09.52.43.png
The Zyclops may be laid down but that looks very much to me like a bank of monitors with command controls on the side wall there.
    Screen Shot 2022-05-24 at 09.56.22.png
Though unfortunately there's no reverse angle shot to show exactly what the contents of the other compartment are, and there's something in there just peeking out that sure looks like it could potentially be some sort of mechanism activation lever?
Might be tempted to pick this thing up at discount if it gets one for the role a TR Scorponok Worldsweeper.

    Found this list:

    c281a2eb-5c96-456e-b3b2-e1b736796a28.jpg

A couple of those are in the wrong place. The basic TIE should be in Light Armour class and the troop transport is in a dedicated transport class between Starfighter and Starship.

Also found this compilation image of wave one product, impressive variety.

Also this video of a guy going through the full actual press release for these, in detail:

Same. I can’t believe this is real. Easily buying 99-100% of this line.

I'll need to update the first post in this thread with new 1/60 scale action figure images considering all of this new product. It's a good time to be a fan of this scale.

The zurg mothership has too many features to be ignored. The figure seating area with console details will save a customizer a lot of work. I'll definitely keep my eye on it.

Plus there's still the LOST-like Mystery of what's under the other hatch!
Can some one get us a box back pic? That's gotta have the full play pattern breakdown illustrated, right?
