Yup, make that version (the one they promised), and please fix it so that it doesn't break when you transform it.

Haha, I think you can go back through the Blurr thread and see me just going insane about it, drawing diagrams and CSI shit about how off it was arguing with everyone. DJJ was still around and said the original colour didn't work in production because it was somehow too bland or didn't pop enough so they adjusted it. He also said they'd never do a repaint (but we hear that a lot). In hand it's fine, but I still think the other colours look better with the palet of the other FT movie bots.

 

I actually love that sparkly purple, but I also care more about the figure than the character. But

I went through about 90 pages and it reminded me of my personal journey dealing with the color switch of TT Skywarp to purple. Sad thing is I always though the Jabber you guys got was one with the original test colors, not that blurple abomination. Anyway, dalianJJ was full of poo if you ask me. They probably just had extra Sovereign paint they needed to use up and said fuck it.

I'm screwing around with a digitrash of Jabber ATM but i'm not sure I should bother finishing it since they technically made the preferred color image people wanted already.

Between the re-issues and the FT KOs there seems like a high chance of Jabber coming out again. A pretty good bot mode if you can ignore the unarticulated hands and he'll shatter to pieces if you transform him. Well, at least those two pieces that broke on everyone's copy will break on yours if you try to transform. Still, I'll bet on another issue of Jabber before anyone else brings out competition for Blurr. He may not be a good figure, but he's the best game in town at the moment. Definitely would not pay over $200 for him. I felt ripped off when I paid $160 for him about a year ago.

 

I'm really hoping that KO company that's been reproducing FT at half price will do Blurr, he's the one main movie character I'm missing.

Hate to say it but unless there’s a KO we probably won’t see a reissue for awhile. Which I hope happens just so I can order the FT version.

 

I would be happy for a reissuebut please fix the issues with it

 

I still love my Unique Toys Buzzing/Runman but I will definitely buy this one if the hip flaps are fixed AND most importantly that size armature is fixed on transformation so it doesn't break.

 

They Ko'ed Thomas, I'm, hoping this gets a KO as well. If they even just announce it Fan Toys will quickly follow up with a rerelease.

 

Jabber is long long past due for a 2.0 release where all the issues that were identified are fixed.

 

Didn't the figure only come out a couple years ago? Feels like practically yesterday.
