Jazz = Awesome, and it looks like the elite guard is gonna be on earth probably through a bit of season 2.
And even for Shards of the allspark as a filler season plot, it isn't any worse than "Make Energon Cubes" or "Teh Spacebridge is appearingz!"

I still think sari is organic, but born of cybertronian tech in some way. I simply don't see how they wouldn't have been able to tell if she was made of meat or not by now.

Good stuff! I Can't wait for Meltdown to spew his acid at them!

So now that there's ALLSPARK SHARDS, we can all agree that the Allspark= Hasbro right? It wanted to be broken so new robots would be born and new toys could be made!

 

I'm already going to the next level,,, that Sari is some sort of vessle for the Allspark only problem with my theory is Sumdac didn't have access to the Allspark IIRC

Sentinal,,,, how does someone with a chin that big get his nose so far up someones ass?

 

1) Jazz is AWESOME. Jazz and Prowl together was twice the ninja!awesome.  
2) Sentinel will probably get better (or just get killed off), but he's a dick. Magnus bores me at the moment, although the lightning thing was kinda cool.
3) We saw the Sari thing coming a mile away.
4) "no Decepticon energy signatures" = Starscream and Blackarachnia disappeared into thin air? We know from future episode summaries that they're alive.

 

Pretty cool episode.

-Jazz is awesome, I really like how he was handled. I liked the interaction between him and Prowl.
-Sentinel is a dick. Seems like Bumblebee and Bulkhead have dealt with him before, as Bumblebee's line of, "Guess he doesn't recognize us" and Bulkhead saying that's a good thing. It'll be interesting to see what comes out from that.
-Magnus was pretty cool. Liked his Ban Hammer of Lightening. Seems like a pretty no-nonsense, "I can deal with that now" type of bot. I hope is figure has his hammer light up.
-I find it awesome that the show has great continuity, with the Autobots dealing with the wreckage caused by the past couple episodes, including the giant hole in Sumdac Tower.

 

Setinnel is so annoying. I'm glad Prime put him into his place.

 

Blackarachinia's part organic so that might have something to do with it,
and Starscream is probably offline.

 

I don't think its a case of the that guy erasing records. Think logicly here, although it is a cartoon, there are 3 truths, Sumdac had something very very important to say to Sari which he never said, the All Spark Displayed the Human DNA strand with what seems to be a mini all spark or a spark over it unless that was the all spark visable through the projection, and 3 you need to be in the highest reaches of the government to get rid of SS numbers, Wills, Birthdate Citificate, mother listing all that stuff.

 

Jazz was perfect.

I also definitely see the Robert Stack-isms now with this Magnus. It wasn't as obvious in the pilot movie, but the actor has it down pat now. Pure win.

Sentinel Prime is, indeed, a dick. I actually don't even want to buy his toy at this point. I know he's supposed to be unlikeable, but nothing about him appeals to me, his design included.

That was probably my favorite episode of Animated thus far, filled with great character moments, action, and intrigue. THIS is how you do Transformers!

 

Why the heck would she be Arcee? How would Arcee even get to Earth in the first place, and then why would she be reformatted into a little girl? It's pretty clear she's not a normal human, but that Arcee theory is way out of left field.

Anyhoo, great episode. I'm liking the Elite Guard a lot. Jazz is awesome - he's cool, he's fun, and he's easily the most likable of the crew. Magnus is a little flat so far, but once he actually does more than stand in the background and bang his hammer, I'm sure he'll be a good character, too. Sentinel Prime... well, if the Animated crew was the Justice League, Sentinel would be Guy Gardner - the asshole that everybody hates and the audience loves to see him get what's coming to him. I hope these guys are around for a good long while.

 

Imagine if Ultra Magnus pulled off what this Space Marine does with HIS hammer
