My main reason against clear plastic windows. For the vast majority of figures you aren't looking into a detailed vehicle interior, you're staring into either an abyss of a chest or a car full of squished-up robot parts. The clear view of the inside detracts from the immersion of seeing a "robot in disguise".

Also, blah blah clear plastic blah blah CRACKING blah blah.

Huh, as much grousing has been slung at Bulkhead's G1 makeover, he looks fine next to Prime Breakdown. Which reminds me, IIRC that mold never came out in the west, And the only hammer was a pack-in minicon. I don't know how limited Amazon's exclusives are, but it's a little ironic a perfect hammer can be had more readily and it's canonically in memory of him.

Yeah, I was hoping for a gunmetal/silver grey/metallic redeco of the wee bullhammer
Add in Siege Soundwave's "shotgun" so the Battlemaster hammer has a better scaled handle for Voyager & Leader class character wielding. Job's a Good 'Un!

Smashdown in Xaaron-yellow would be pretty cool as a pack in. Or the green to match Bulkhead. The mold is good but he doesn't have to stay red for inclusion in this capsule

Crankcase. Mark is crazy and brilliant, and I'm hoping he had Iron Fist as a planned retooling for Crankcase from the jump.

    1) Not a big fan of the colors
    2) I am just more interested in the other three sets
    3) TT and Masterdominus could easily flip places. The gap between 6 and 7 is bigger than the gap between 2 and 6.

i'm not sure if wreckers 2 will happen. no previous collection in wfc continued, and the preorders still being up isn't helping.

Pre-orders still being doesn’t mean they aren’t selling. It means Hasbro learned heavily from the fuck ups of previous exclusives and made sure to make enough this time around so they didn’t sell out in minutes.

They actually learned this with Kingdom, which is why despite both sets having major important characters, the Kingdom boxsets were available for purchase for a long time. They actually made enough this time around.

I am not believing any release dates right now. It seems like they are playing overly cautious given the various distribution issues. In theory all of these sets are dropping on November 1st. The previous Amazon collections like Galactic Odyssey and Golden Disc were staggered. I expect the same here. Don't be shocked if one of them makes it out this summer.

Netflix, buzzworthy and shattered glass. Plus two tf designers already said that if this does well they'll do a sequel line (and judging from the best seller tags, I think it's doing well).

No previous collection had a reason for a part 2, and they are all sold out on Pulse.

eh....fair point. i still think a collection directly tied to a series, like golden disk and the earthrise starmap nonsense has never continued.

I think the point is generally correct but as I understand it the size of the run would be determined by the retailer, i.e. Amazon, not Hasbro.

Pulse gets such a small % of the run (5%?) that it should sell out. Amazon has to be happy with their orders to justify a second Wreckers set.

He's not a very prominent character throughout the franchise and Core Class Megatron is the perfect size to scale him with the Impactor that got released. I'd rather have a properly scaled figure of the character over one that is technically larger than he should be.

Prime Breakdown did get released in a 2 pack here for the 10th anniversary of Prime

Smashdown should get a blue redeco to match the color of the Wreckers logo

Netflix and Shattered Glass don't count? Not sure if Netflix was ever referred to as a capsule collection, but Shattered Glass definitely was making it comparable to the Wreckers capsule collection.

You guys are basing Xaaron off one panel. He has been depicted otherwise.
    He's not Core.

People are using that one panel because that's the one that happens to be on TFWiki. He's consistently portrayed shorter by artists who vary the sizes of their characters. Here's some more panels from that same arc:

    upload_2022-5-14_11-29-29.png upload_2022-5-14_11-29-46.png upload_2022-5-14_11-30-1.png upload_2022-5-14_11-30-42.png upload_2022-5-14_11-32-22.png

The panel above where you showed Xaaron as roughly the same height as flame? Jeff Anderson, towards the end, drew EVERYONE the same size. Arcees and Ultra Magnuses and Optimus Primes and Fortress Maximuses and Hounds and Broadsides were all the same height, always. So that's not a great metric to work from.

(And the Lost Light group shot cover you shared has everyone the same size, also, in order to be able to view everyone in the group shot -- the first MTMTE cover groupshot did the same thing, with Magnus the same height as everyone else)

But other artists who are better at depicting characters as varying sizes were more consistent at depicting Xaaron as small.

Here he is in Last Stand of the Wreckers as shorter than both Prowl and Nightbeat:

In Tread and Circuits, he was Scrounge and Signal Lancer sized:
    upload_2022-5-14_11-37-57.png

And usually he's portrayed as a sort of small Deluxe, at just below the height of the regular Autobot cars.

So I think he'd be best as a Deluxe, sure, but a Mini-Vehicle-sized one. Huffer-sized.
