That looks like it's the t30 mold, maybe a reissue is a future possibility

Has anyone put together a list of Diaclone color Transformers that have been released since the start of the War for Cybertron toyline? I suppose most are Generations Selects figures.

Wow, I’m surprised at the negativity for Twin Twist, as I think he looks great and is only one of two figures in this line that I really like. It definitely seems like a missed opportunity to not also get Topspin here in Diaclone colors (and I personally would have been overjoyed if Topspin had been in this collection instead of the Fossilizers). On the other hand, the Diaclone deco for him is somewhat of a color inversion of regular Topspin and not as visually distinct as the Diaclone Twin Twist compared to regular Twin Twist, so if we only get one, Twin Twist is the one I prefer.

Maybe we will get Topspin in a later line, maybe even in the Salt Man deco rather than Diaclone.

 

I went ahead and cancelled pretty much all the Wreckers I would have double of, and just kept Twin Twist and Leadfoot. I mean we are eventually going to get a SS86 Springer and I'm interested to what they have to offer there considering SS86 Arcee.

 

And he did! Got one from Pulse too.

I like this poster, I think I'd like it with just Xaaron too, also I hope when they make Xaaron he comes with that Hammer! Or maybe Rack and Ruin can Modulate into a Hammer....One things for sure if the did a Build a figure of Xaaron my wallet would assassinated.

I\'ve already made up my mind about whether or not I\'m ordering this(the answer is yes), so I\'m gonna quickly mention the helicopter in the background of Twin Twist\'s packaging. Is that the Generations Whirl, or Earthrise Rotorstorm? Cause if it\'s the former, and they\'re gonna rerelease one of my favorite T30 figures, that\'d be great for anyone who missed out on it.

 

Ooh! I LOVE that hammer more than i thought I would! Anyways, I decided to order 3 twintwists. 1 to keep as is, 1 to custom into saltman colors, and one to trade off when topspin shows up.

 

In general, I wish Hasbro would release clean box art online more often.

Yes, but it's T30 Whirl.

It is T30 Whirl. And he doesn't have IDW legs if you rotate them at the upper thigh. You can have a straightened leg because of the double knee, and the normal heel is modeled after the ski-foot of the original, though it can't sit flush on the ground. The only major issue is that the weapon rails end up on the inside of the leg. Still, I think it was an intentional method of trying to have both leg styles.

Pretenders being human sized has only been a thing in Masterforce (which was Japan only) and maybe one of the club stories decades after the concept was introduced. In all other fiction they're regular Transformer sized.
