Got mine in today. It's not a terrible toy but it doesn't wow me like I thought it would. Two big issues I have are the eyes are too dark a blue and not popping out considering how deep set they are on the head. And speaking of the head, mine keeps falling apart when I move it. Nothing a little glue wont fix after I paint the eyes.

I had that problem a little bit on mine. I think part of the problem is the head is completely painted, and the paint thickness is messing with the tolerances.

When the head popped off on mine, I did a little trimming/carving around the 'lip' at the bottom edge of the head socket, and that improved it significantly (head stays on when I turn it). Not only that, it gave Prime a bit more play in the joint, giving him a smidge of head-waggle expressiveness.

I don't know about anyone else but on mine the arms won't stay on the mushroom when I turn them. This one has serious quality control issues.

I also have the static head or "pop" problem. Also, the red hinge on the trailer pops off during transformation. Add to the fact that he can't lift his arms past his shoulders and I'm tempted to box him and keep the Titans Return version out as my main G2 CHUG OP.

The tinted windows look so much better! I also painted the eyes yellow on mine. Such a small detail makes a HUGE difference in my opinion of Laser Prime.

Those are actually the red decoder plastic included with Earthrise figures, they are glued on the sides of the windows.

I tried to paint the eyes white at first to reference the original toy but he looked dead so I fell back to yellow, thank goodness I did that.

That's a cool reuse of those decoders. Ive got to see if I have any laying around but I think I threw them all away.

Got a few issues with parts popping off in transformation, but I overall like him quite a lot. I think the original Laser Prime mold still holds up pretty well, but I'm definitely looking forward to seeing this turned into Black Convoy/Scourge too.

I got Legacy Prime the other day and had a good chance today to properly mess with him and check him over. My copy has no QC issues which I am thankful for, I have painted his face/nose silver and his eyes yellow though to make them stand out.

I was looking him over and comparing him to my Earthrise Prime and noticed his shins have more remolding than originally thought, don't have a chance to take a picture of my own but here's a pic I pulled from google.

The inner shins (the grey part of Earthrise Prime) are actually a different mold on Legacy, featuring a clip of sorts for transformation, but the molding is also different, I assume it is connected to the inner shin box (the vents on Earthrise Prime) and as such was also remolded when that part was. I do find it odd that they got rid of the molded back piece and left it with the waffle detail, will likely pick up that 3rd party filler piece for him.

I do hope the Toyhax set will replace his flame details with the faded black look, not a huge fan of the flames personally. I also am getting used to his shoulders and the fact that his pads do not rotate, it's not as bad as I thought it would be, but his arms do look skinny from certain angles, maybe a bicep buffer upper like that one guy on Insta (Neoinstaz?) is doing but for a more affordable price. This figure makes me look forward to Scourge.
