I hope someone answers this. I don't know shit about this character so I'm wondering if he's good or evil?

 

A very nifty question concerning Sandstorm, sirrah.
I believe somebody's earned themselves a tart treat.

 

He's complicated. Generally good but of the "Makes a cover identity so deep no one realises he's undercover" type

mind I have to find a way to secure these lot because boy, imagine exclusives actually coming out in Australia

 

he is part of the covenant, a group of ancient robots created by primus to protect cybertron and it's future generations

Sandstorm's packaging described him as a "HEROIC PREDACON" and at the time that was a pretty huge deal.

 

Personally, I'm more in favour of stories which employ this notion:
"What are morally gray characters? The simple definition is that morally gray/grey characters are those who are not completely good or completely evil. It's the characters who wobble in the “gray” area between hero and villain."

 

I low-key hate this character right now. Decisions, decisions...

Toy itself though, is very cheap feeling crap.

 

The Legacy toy?

 

Yeah. Own Kingdom Scorp, so I know how mediocre that mold is. Not helped by me also owning 90s Botcon Sandstorm (original BW Scorponok). Not perfect but far more solid.

 

kinda, his story reminds me of person who will always accomplish his mission no matter the cost

 

I paid $2.75 at Walgreens and I still don't give a shit about this toy but I do like this version so much better

I hope one day they'll give more insight to this character
