I know with expansion teams it takes several seasons for them to get better depending on draft picks, trades and coaching.

Pavelski going beast mode for Dallas tonight, which takes a 2-1 series lead.

It'll be interesting to see if Florida goes with Spencer Knight after getting hammered in game three by Washington.

Is she doing the Stars/Flames game now? Nice change of pace. To be honest I don’t pay too much attention to play-by-play but I have been watching Stars playoffs on ESPN instead of Bally to hear someone different comment on Stars hockey.

Happy for long-suffering Blues fans that the team is no longer known primarily for flaming out in round one of the playoffs.

Things were nuts around here when they won the Cup a few years ago. The hockey fans are easily as passionate as the baseball fans in St. Louis.

The Panthers won. Since 1996 they finally advanced. It has been a long wait. But l am kind of concern they will play either Toronto and Tampa.

I have heard the last time they made it to 2nd round was 2004.

Correct, and they've lost 10 straight games with a chance to close out a series.

Otter did everything but score. Hintz was a late scratch and Faksa got hurt/did not return. Gurianov looked lost but Dellandrea and Peterson played well. Need to find goal scorers under top line. Congrats to Flames. Battle for Alberta should be fun.

Poor Leafs fans. They prob got the worst draw.

So happy Rangers came back from a 1-3 series deficit AGAIN to win the series.

I'm ok with them making the 2nd round, ticket prices not so much. Great experience for the young guns.

I do not know why, but l was not surprise that Florida lost the first game against Tampa. I think Tampa is a little more good than Washington.

Game 1 could have gone better for the Blue Note.

Going to be tough for this team to improve in front of Oettinger with Benn, Seguin, and Suter's contracts on the books. Radulov and Klingberg will probably be gone and hopefully Bowness won't be back.
