I agree, the forearms definitely look odd in relation to how thin the biceps are. I like that the outer panel is shaped like the CGI model, but the inner panel is very bulky. Don’t know if it can be removed or not, but we’ll see. And yes, I mentioned in the MPM-13 thread that I think hide shadow did the feet better, MPM’s definitely aren’t wide enough; but it’s not a deal breaker personally.

After import fees as well, I've paid waaaayyyy too much for this guy. But sometimes, you just have to to get that one missing element. In this case, an official mpm bee. It just feels better on the shelf.

That's the lt ko beside him. He's been sold.

If MPM Blackout is Around 160$ In US… then for me …he will be a purchase…

If he is more than that….he may be a pass

Posted in the MPM-13 thread. Agreed to be legitimate by most it would seem:

I so regret missing out on this. Wasn’t there supposed to be an MPM for 1977 Camaro Bee? I was holding out for that one, but if that’s not coming anymore or the rumor was wrong, I guess that sucks for me lol

I need fresh ideas to put my movieverse figures in certain movie scenes or just plain pictures. Does anyone have suggestions? Only if I have the figure.

It can be like crosshairs in the matrix, crowbar breaking open a safe, bb Wheeljack in a Broadway play, etc. Just suggestion, not my best ideas.

That was just a rumour. I don't know where they started from, may have been miscommunication with the mpm07 beetlebee listing. But i don't think we'll be getting a 77 bee mpm anytime soon.

I’m hoping once a Studio Series Slug or Strafe come out we will see Black Mamba oversize them to go with their Grimlock and Scorn. I have their Grimlock on the way and he will look excellent with Studio Series figures.

I know MPM Blackout is where all the attention is at right now, but I just saw the announcement on the front page for ThreeZero's future figure plans. Super happy to see DOTM Shockwave and AOE Lockdown on there, particularly the latter. I don't think any of Lockdown's toys, official or otherwise, have really captured the character super well or been fun to mess with, and I think ThreeZero will do him justice

Whenever I put brawl and bonecrusher together, I always called them my movieverse Bebop and Rocksteady.

Y'know what would be goofy? Given how they've advertised the gimmicks of previous MPM's:

For an MPM Bonecrusher, they'd probably make his head easily removable, and advertise it as "Detachable Head!" on the box, with Optimus just holding the poor lads decapitated noggin. They'd more than likely include Throat Wires as an attachment too

Im right there with ya, when I read they’re bringing ROTF MEG, Lockdown, and DOTM shockwave I couldn’t help but get very excited. Sucks that we probably won’t see them till late next year but it’s exciting nonetheless. I have every DLX movie figure so far.

Mail call! Love getting a whole whack of figures together. Then I can take my time fiddling with them. And to think, when it leaked that 2022 would be BB figures I flat out said no way, I have no interest in them. And here we are.

    I'll go with:
    - Stinger: Blackout and Grimlock hogged all the attention in wave 1, this was a solid figure of a character who had never gotten his own mold up to that point! Very good kibble integration.
    - Lockdown: Sure he has a turtle shell, but the sculpt work on this figure is incredible. He blows away Peru Kill in that department.
    - Drift: Nobody talks about this guy anymore. He was such a great remold of the terrible Dropkick figure and gave us an accurate, proportional Drift without any of that pesky car kibble. Terrific figure.
    - Sentinel Prime: Another incredible sculpt and ingenious improvement on past versions. Lacked a lot of paint so he looked a little boring visually.
    - Beetle Bee: He's absolutely not as bad as he's made out to be. The inaccurate doorwings stink, but he's a fun figure.
