I love the symbolism of the giant UT guy roaring in and shredding up two "iconic" characters from G1 and BW.

There are Minicon ports all over Legacy, so it does feel a bit strange we aren't seeing any, especially with a character who used to have one.

Still not a deal breaker at all for me. I think he looks really cool.

At that new price point I expect the Titans to make a return to Ollie’s in a year from now.

I\'m not familiar with this version of Metroplex, but that alt mode is giving major DJD vibes.

Every titan thus far included at least one mini guy, if not being made up of them like the headmasters and combiners. Countdown was thrown into Omega for no reason and he's the most similar analog to what Drill Bit should be, he isn't a big Full Tilt or Cog kinda guy

Of course I did, but it's just the joke of the boxart. I honestly thought it was a red repaint of Waspinator at first but then I saw the panels from the thorax.

It seems like there's a spot for *something* to tab in. My guess is Drillbit is coming as a larger figure and Minicon ports weren't going to be stable enough to hold him in place.

With how creative engineering has been I wouldn't be shocked if Inferno is similar to Waspinator in the same way Tigatron leaned on Cheetor and Tarantulas borrowed from Blackarachnia.

There will be plenty of options for a 3P Drillbit. I’d rather Hasbro sink the budget into articulation and bulk as they have.

I think the T30 version needs to be done. It's quality does not match what they would charge for a reissue.

Glad for fans who want this line and easiest skip for me.

So many cooler Cybertron figures to redo that I might pick up once they get there

Everyone getting all thrilled for Beast Wars Inferno, while I’m here all super-excited for the (G1) Nemesis they’ve been teasing :lol

Considering the only other recognisable guys in Cybertron Metroplex’s artwork are G1 Kickback & Beast Wars Inferno, I’ve gotta take that as more hinting they’re teasing The Nemesis as an upcoming Titan (the same way Galvatron & The Ark were teased on the WFC trilogy boxes more than a year before they both arrived)

Especially when you consider The Nemesis is also shown on Motormaster’s box art.

I am literally more interested in the ground-up Inferno on the box art.

    F***! $200.

I was thinking $169.99 and I could use a trusty $15 off coupon Entertainment Earth coupon. Then Legacy Selects Drillbit will be like $30 with a big ass Cyberkey?

I just got the O.G. Cybertron Metroplex for $65 complete in recent weeks and was kinda hoping to display it with the Legacy release.

As awesome as it looks, this is probably a pass unless it goes on sale on top of a sale?

I will wait for sticker shock to wear off, lol.

It looks to me like they scrapped the little guy as a pack in and invested everything in to engineering out almost every place you could think of where hollow bits would go.

And then, for added measure, they threw in mouth articulation.

Might not even be Cybertron. This Metroplex lived on another planet, and for the Legacy lines lore it might be Velocitron?
