I got skids and I did notice it may have been the first high end TF (official or otherwise) I've gotten in a while I actually believed I could learn/master the transformation in only one or 2 go rounds. It was refreshing.

 

The only issues I have had is the finagling of the arms into and out of underneath. Most of that tho is from my big ham hocks for hands. Big arthritic hands and small parts don't mix alot of the time. I love doing these simpler transformations again. Such a joy after all the recent 30-40 minute conversion times. Looking at you MP-44/49. 3-4 minute transformations are so much more fun. Not that I don't mind complex MPs, but just a simple twist/turn/done can be so satisfying sometimes. When I feel like a challenge, Ican just bust out one of the more complex ones like MP-36.

 

I solved the issue with the hologram driver so it doesn’t fall apart.

I put it back in the box and it stays together just fine.

I completely agree. I appreciate what they're able to do with the ultra-toon MPs but fiddling around with Skids and Reboost is just such a nice feeling!

 

I know I'm real late to the party on this one but my Hasbro Pulse preorder just finally showed up. This guy is great! It's my first MP since the very first Skywarp so it's very cool to see how far things have come engineering wise.

Is there a trick to getting the rear hatch to close flush without the roof untabbing at the rear? That's been my only point of frustration with this mold so far and I'm struggling to figure it out.

 

Late right along with you, I'm picking this guy up from a board member here. Reboost reminds me of the 78 Civic that was my first car, red and everything.
