Hasbro really, really loves that 1-Step Wheeljack.

Between this and Wheeljack getting refreshed in Kingdom and now Legacy perhaps it really does mean he sells well as a character.

They also made sure to include him in the first batch of Studio Bee Movie Deluxes.

Buzzworthy Bumblebee: 25% redecoes & retools that would be actually desirable to collectors, 75% second chances to re-release molds of stuff that'll probably sit on shelves for at least until the end of the year.

Spotted in the Eastlake Target in California, 2 of each (Bumblebee, Shockwave, Wheeljack.) This is the stuff that got revealed in the 1st of this month.

What's sad is the 1-step Wheeljack is the best Cyberverse Wheeljack toy released. He never got a deluxe or warrior class toy.

Buzzworthy slowly turning in to a Target exclusive line of evergreen stuff is kinda neat.

I hope no one is driving out of their way to "hunt" these. 1-steps are not hunted. They are purchased for kids IF u happen upon them and they care at all (mine dont).

These "Good luck hunting 1-steps!!!" posts make me sad! :lol

Someone on TFWiki claims there's also a Blurr in this line-up. Can anyone confirm this?

Depends on the one-step. This was the only way to get Cyberverse Repungus, Bludgeon, Megatron X, Wheeljack, Whirl and Jazz...all of which are excellent figures for what they are.

I hope people who enjoy these are able to find them, because we're all fans of different things.

Fair point! Let me emphasize "for what they are".

I just save the money, nowadays. As a long time collector, I miss the days when 1-steps did not exist: it was easier to find mainline TFs when Hasbro wasn't shipping out 10 varieties of Optimus Prime.

I enjoy One-Steps as they're what I wanted as a kid back in G1: quick transformations like I saw on the show. Mind you, some of them suck. But that's par for all Transformers, IMO. There hasn't been one format where a figure wasn't absolutely awful.
