I completely missed the pre-orders. Did these ship? Does anyone have one available for sale?

It's still up for preorder on Toy Dojo, A3U seems to have sold out.

Got mine today and he's pretty fun. It's my first time with the mold, so I'm not sure if the tolerances on mine are out of the ordinary or not. The hood pieces that form the inside of the feet are scary to rotate and I'm a bit scared of the little arms the doors are on. Overall though, he's pretty fun. It'll be fun to compare it to the XTB mold when one of the redecos come out later in the year.

Also, I was NOT ready for how small the box is! When I got the box in the mail, I thought that they must have forgot an item or something.

So, what was the consensus on the quality of this version of the figure? I feel like I've read impressions that it was mediocre, with tolerance problems, things not tabbing together, things being too tight to rotate, etc, but I can't tell if I'm just making that up or not - doesn't seem like there was much talk about it in this thread, and I don't see any YouTube reviews out there.

I posted in the main Hellion thread about by Imp, but the main vibe of my copy at least was that almost everything tightened by screws was too tight (to the point that some stuff felt like it'd break with force) and everything got better by loosening them a smidge. A drop of shock oil didn't hurt either. It's a bit easy to pull the roof/chest off while transforming, but it's solid while in either robot or car mode, so not a huge issue imo.
The one main flaw I had was that the forearm bits that form up the lower parts of the car mode just don't tab in 90% of the time, meaning that they'll basically hand down like a step on a big pickup truck. This is partly hid in the shadows, but feels bad at this price level.

So I wouldn't stop someone from getting it or the upcoming Hubcap, but know going in that it'll probably be less than perfect. Probably not going to break, but not really fully at the quality you want for a minibot at this cost.

Just watched TMReviews's video on Imp:

Man, what a huge disappointment. Sounds like the plastic quality is terrible, which is really unexpected for MMC - I have a ton of their figures, and the materials always feel really nice and sturdy.

I'll echo the sentiment that others have. The quality on this release was just not good. I'm not sure that I think the plastic quality is any worse than my original Hellion but the tolerances are bad, there are sloppy sprew marks all over, and in at least once case there seems to be some mold degradation that prevents thing from tabbing securely. I got it into vehicle mode and it has lots of unsightly gaps, particularly where the two halves of the hood come together under the windshield, and just barely holds together even that well. I'm pretty disappointed with this one.
