    Has there ever been a logical explanation for robots having access to fabric and why they would wear it?

    (e.g., I kinda get why for Megatron in DotM (since he's on Earf) but Ultra Magnus in War for Cybertron?)

    I don’t think Ultra Magnus in WFC is wearing fabric, sure it looks like fabric but it’s probably some flexible type of metal. But it sure looks cool!

    Logical explanation - Reboost is stated on his profile to have a hobby of knitting using \"Cy-fibre\" so TF\'s do indeed have access to at least one form of fabric.
