Optimus looks like he is supposed to turn into a subway train, which would not be the first time a Train Optimus Prime has existed in TF media

I love these. It’s fantastic to see Transformers products that cater to all parts of the fandom, as a reminder of just how big a pop culture icon TFs are. Practically an industry unto themselves, with fans – from fanatical to casual – from all walks of life.

Sadly $125 is a bit out of my range for a vinyl, right now, but as a niche collectible, that price seems about right. I know I’ll regret not getting this at some point down the line. I adore the use of the chains that hang between subway cars as Prime’s abs. If he transformed, I’d pay twice as much gladly.

Bee’s cool too, especially the way his feet have been interpreted as sneakers. The mix of new and classic elements make this design feel “right,” even as it differs so much from all that’s come before.

As for this thread… well, what would the internet be without splashes of poorly concealed casual racism, people berating others for their tastes, and delightful doses of hyperbole. Never change TFW… Wait, I take that back. Please change! If there’s one thing we should have learned from the very toys we are fans of, it’s how to adapt to change. Toys that cater to one’s culture and aesthetic are the right of all sentient beings.

I don\'t get these. Y'd think if Bee was a rapper, he would have a big letter B on a golden chain and on his cap. What does the K stand for?
I only noticed after reading the descriptions Prime is a train now. Hard to tell unless looking at the sides of the legs. And why would Prime, who has no mouth, would need a gas mask?

Apparently, so he doesn't accidentally inhale paint gas.
Y'know, through the nose and mouth he doesn't have.
Methinks this graffiti artist who designed him did not think things through...
There is a reason every subsequent toy of his, even the Classic Pretender that transforms the same way, omitted that, it just looks bad.

First thing that comes to my mind is that the Optimus figure, depicted as a graffiti artist, is glorifying vandalism. And last I checked, vandalism is still a crime. Seems like an avenue Hasbro would not like to see their flagship hero go down.

Great execution of a concept that is clearly not for my demo.

I think you forgot to add blue text, it helps to make a joke/sarcasm easier to identify

There are plenty of professional graffiti artists who paint spaces they've been hired to work on, and therefore it isn't vandalism. The artform itself isn't a crime.
