Is anyone hunting for metroplex in Richmond before I make drive to a couple of city trends today?

 

I was going to check for one this Saturday.

 

Okay I guess I’ll call before I hunt to see if anything is left today

 

I went to four Citi Trends around Richmond. It was a grim affair.

1. West Broad: a Cyberverse Megatron, a POTP Prime master Micronus, and a Siege Micromaster 2-pack (cars of some sort)

2. Chamberlayne/Brook Rd: a couple Cyberverse Starscreams

3. Meadowdale: an opened box Cromar

4. Southside Plaza: a Siege Starscream

No magical $99 Metroplexes. No SDCC stuff in general.

Victory Comics has a small stack of Lift-Tickets.

 

Every time I see that name, all I think of is this guy:

 

It really does fit way better as a Joe name than as a Transformer name.

 

1 Slammer & Pipes at Hilltop Target

 

I omw home from the target near Janef on military. They had 4 tigertrons some rhinoxs and strangely enough an origins bumble bee.

 

1 Tigatron at Pembroke Target. 2 Sweeps left at Pembroke Walmart, I got 1.

 

Jermantown Rd / Fairfax Walmart has 2 Bumblebee Soundwaves and a couple Cyberverse Snarls (has he been sighted yet? I didn't buy one, so I don't have a receipt or anything).

 

Charlottesville Walmart had about 6 ss bb movie soundwaves.

 

Fair Lakes Walmart has like 10 of the SS Soundwave (WTF) and “Voyager” SS Hot Rods. And like 40 BW Primals.

 

The Walmarts on Liberia in Manassas and Chantilly had at least 3 SS Soundwaves and at least 2 Cyberverse Snarls. Chantilly Target was a hopeless pit of despair for Transformers. They do have three of the Netflix Savage He-Man collector's sets if anyone is looking.

 

Rocky mount walmart has 3 BB Soundwaves and 5 Hot Rods. Also, all of the Vintage BW Rattraps and Cheetors went to clearance.

 

Nothing at Short Pump Target.

 

As a side note both my SS Core Shockwave and Ravage are about to hit my loot. My Kingdom Black Zarak already has.

 

Target in Woodbridge has a Stridor…looks even better in-person. They have 1 each of the MOTU Origins wave with Sorceress. And, I saw the Revelations Tri-Klops set. No Joes (that I noticed). No SW either. No notable ML figures. And, no TFs worth noting.
