Or it just could be this jiyihechuang studio is too busying do other projects (Cang Predaking, Dinobots, etc etc) didn't have enough resources for TFC Satan after the 1st design was rejected.
They didn't even update their website for a long long time.

All this nonesene about Hung Gurr never being released.

I have to remind People that TFC
(Or the Designer, or Cang Toys)
want to do ALL COMBINER Characters.
I believe I have read that somewhere.

All the others like Computron, Menasor, Raiden are still left. I am 100% sure
that TFC does not just quit before these
    Characters have been made.

So if they want to announce the next
Combiner soon (and they will) they have to finish Hung Gurr as fast as possible.

Does anyone have any links or better pics to get Mammon and Leviathan in their half robot, half monster forms? (IDK whats its officially called.)

I bought these specifically for this to display next to Poseidon. But sadly the instructions that came with the bots dont show how to get them in the mode and i cant find any videos showing it either.

I think i got them there kinda, but something feels off. Specially for Leviathan.

The pics i post here are from sites that sell m, so it should be possible to get m like this. Strange i dont see much about it though.

Hey guys, I've been interested in this set for a while but haven't done much research on build quality, engineering, reviews, etc. because I didn't have the budget. But a cool thing happens when you get a job: you get money. And in absence of the wet blanket known as financial responsibility, it's beginning to burn a hole in my pocket.

In short, what is the general feeling toward this set? (I see that Hun-Gurrr is in development hell at the moment.) It's my impression that they're kind of large enough to fit in with an MP-scaled collection if you don't take Abominus into account. As my usual outlet, Show.Z, is out of the first two figures, is there a good place to grab Astaroth and Mammon relatively cheaply? Thanks in advance to anyone who can help!

I am relatively new to the 3rd party game, so I can't really compare these to all the product produced by the many other companies out there.

Personally I really like the figures. They hit the sweet spot for me of being relatively true to the original characters while also giving them a more updated design.

Pulling the band-aid off first - Blot is not great. He deviates the most from the original, going with an Asian demon look rather than the more featureless gorilla thing of G1. That either works for you or it doesn't. His transformation is the most fiddly, and when you are done putting him in monster mode it doesn't quite feel complete, as if there is more stuff that you need to tab together but, no, that's it.

The other three are solid all around. Transformations are pretty easy once you know them. I have no real complaints about their robot modes, and their beast modes are fantastic, especially Rippersnapper.

They are a good size to me - I was never clear how big they were supposed to be in G1 to begin with, and the toys were tiny compared to the carbots (which I tend to think of as average size). These are a little bit larger than the official MP carbots.

BBTS has all four bots in stock for under $100 each. That's a fair price for these figures.

I only have Astaroth so far, but am quite pleased with him.

Solidly built, with a (imo) neat robo-demonic motif.

That design is probably the biggest decision point. I like it, but it delves way off if you want something more G1.

Transformation is a little fussy, with lining up and slotting in tabs, but holds together beautifully once done.

Other nitpick would be maybe could a bit more paint to show off the molded details.

MP-scale is a debatable thing. These guys are around the same size as older MP carboys and Abominus will likely be around the 15 - 18 inch range.

Now some companies are pushing combiners into the 20+ inch range as the size of MP combiners.

Got Astaroth from Baba. All four are available (last I checked), but shipping can be quite slow. BBTS is a good option.

He's getting redesigned. Hopefully he'll be released later this year.

Also, I hope they don't try to stretch Abominus up to the twenty inch range.

Given the size of the limb bots we have, it would look very disproportionate is they did. Either they go the pants-former route like zeta, or Hungurr would have to be massive to make it work. Either way, I'm not sure it would work too well.

Although, if they manage to pull it off, then I'd demand they do the same to their Piranhacon as well. That set is still one of my favourites.

    Exactly.

If say, the same design team wants to do a bigger Piranacon and Abominus they should start over and re-work them to the size of Cang Toys' Predacons.

Also, "stretching" him would IMO ruin the cool-factor that while he can't fully scramble himself (which is fine) he CAN limb-swap with TFC's Poseidon.

Has anyone had any issues with stress marks on mammon or cutthroat at all? I've just noticed a couple

My Mammon came with a stressed knuckle hinge, but the only thing I've had go wrong since opening them is the red paint inside the barrel of his cannon rubbed off on the first combination with Leviathan's.

I believe it has been about a year since Cutthroat released in Asia.
